We split a Shrimp and Crayfish Poboy. It come with fries and remoulade, which is mayonnaise based herb/capers thick sauce. Very fresh - very. I'll say I've eaten, in New Orleans, a few poboys. This was as good as all and better than some. The shrimp was delicious as well as the sweet little crayfish. Deep-fried and plenty of 'em covering the French roll. Top it with a little lettuce and some tomato. Yum yum. You can find these fine folks on social media (to figure out what you want) and in-person in Glasgow and Franklin. Just have to look and see. They have gator too. We just gonna have to go back. Here's the secret. I didn't eat a beignet. Don't judge. I'll eat one later.
