Made an order over Deliveroo and an item was missing. This sometimes happens so that's fine, but when we called to try and resolve the matter and the manager said there was nothing they could do, and instead of exploring options quickly hung up on us, without calling back. This made the situation feel badly handled. Thankfully Deliveroo resolved the issue on the restaurant's behalf but this wasn't great customer service on the part of the restaurant.
Overall a bad experience, but hopefully just a one off. Have eaten (and order via Deliveroo) here before and it's been fine. Food is generally nice if not a little on the expensive side.
