I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling, as a new patient. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They took the time to understand my issues and presented me with a reasonable treatment plan, to get me back on track with my back issues. They offer different types of adjustments (manual, with devices, etc.) and they also have electric stim and traction, as well as other things. Both doctors are friendly and professional. I've been a few times now and I'm so happy I started going here. I feel so much better and my pain level is back down to almost nothing again. They take several types of insurance and also have a cash/debit option. They were out of network with my insurance, but the cash option was only $15 more than my insurance usually charges me, so very reasonable. If you're looking for a professional, friendly chiropractic office, this is the one. It's also super easy to get follow up appointments that fit your schedule.

There's nothing high tech about this place...the x-ray machine is from like the 19th century, but it does the job, and you feel like you're being treated as if you were family. He's extremely knowledgable and so willing to teach and explain things. He truly cares to help and it shows in his demeanor and in his practice as a whole. Health insurance is not accepted, but you still basically just pay the price of a copay anyways! He's definitely not in this business for the money aspect. Saw the doctor who told me I have short arm syndrome (HA - try googling that - it doesn't exist - except in the urban dictionary) and then rather than manually adjusting me, used the tap adjuster on me, which didn't do much for me at all. What helped me immensely (for a brief time, anyway - am still in pain) was the massage from Jasmine. When I contacted them to see if instead of the two useless chiro adjustments I could trade them both in for one massage, I was refused. VERY disappointing to lose over half the value I paid for the Groupon. I do not recommend wasting time with this offer or this facility if you are really in need of help for pain. (I would rank this place zero stars if it wasn't for Jasmine).
