Today, Oct 3, 2024 I stopped in to grab their Signature Salad. $13.50 was the cost and there was a lot of lettuce. The rest of the toppings were very sparse. A Zero star for value unfortunately. Service was fine...the salad not so much. read more

The petite girl with black hair always in a ponytail she's the rudest person I have ever come across! disrespectful and should not be behind the counter dealing with customers! I came in to order a chicken Caesar salad wrap asked for extra chicken on the side paid for it waited then when she was done she said oh I didn't charge you for the extra chicken and I said OK well don't worry about it just give me the wraps then since the chicken was on the side I'm very late for work and can't wait for the cashier to be done with her sale. I had already waited 20 minutes for my wrap. she replied no it's either you pay for it or you can't have the wrap!! Excuse me!!!! I paid you for the wrap 20 minutes ago and you're telling me I can have it wow!! Then she made me wait another 15 minutes until she called the manager on the phone who I couldn't even speak with because she said I'm not allowed and that her manager doesn't want to speak to me I was in complete shock I just wanted to leave this place!! My girlfriend (anaphylactic with a nut allergy) was served peanuts in her number 5 bowl after explicitly being told that it had no nuts. She then asked for it to be remade and received it without the added chicken that had been paid for. Would recommend staying away. read more

Amazing food, with fresh ingredients. The presentation of each dish is like art in a bowl. I had the Thai Curry Bowl which was delicious but next time I will get Bowl #1; my wife had it and it looked amazing. They also have a good kids menu. read more

Forgot my lunch so went to chopped leaf today for takeout. I spent a hair under 20 dollars for a SMALL el rancho salad and drink . Oh well, a nice treat for a Monday . As a REGULAR customer to this location, I always order my favourite Signature Salad (which includes feta as my protein). On this day I ordered my salad to go. I noticed immediately that it had parm cheese not the usual advertised feta. I politely called to ask if this can be rectified, and I was told by the manager Kathryn that they can not give out a "free salad" because of the cheese. She was argumentative with me and refused to accommodate. Bottom line I paid $13.00 for a salad that they made incorrectly and would not fix it. Tony the owner would not even answer my call regarding this. This is so ridiculous to treat a customer like this over a salad! I won't go back, and neither will my coworkers. read more
