honestly a great salad. its a nice quick healthy spot not overpriced either. ill be back

I have to say this place is rather busy. For a "Subway" type set up the footprint feels about the same. It seems by looking at the menu the mainstay here are salads. Salads with "things" inside them so you can actually call the salad something and not just lettuce and X put together. While I'm not against eating salad (I'd eat it everyday, really)... I'm not the type of guy who would eat it as the only thing of a meal. In other words, no a salad and only a salad won't do it for me. Again, I have nothing against eating salad... but as a main, not this guy. It wasn't my turn to pick the place for lunch today. I can honestly say I'd never select this place for lunch kind of because when I eat out, I want to feel like I actually ate something. Today sort of worked out because I know that I'm going out for AYCE sushi tonight with some friends. This will be my "penance" so to speak. That I won't be full at all later this evening. That being said I didn't feel I wanted a salad for lunch but I did order a sandwich and one of the soups of the day (small order). Soup and sandwich is such a thing to do on a cold day. Subway and Tim Horton's are two places that offer such a thing as it's kind of that comfort food. With only 3 sandwiches on the menu I decided to go with the tuna melt and out of the two soups of the day I decided to go for the broccoli cheddar soup. Now unlike Subway or Timmy's you're not waiting at the end for your food to come out at a pick up area. They give you a number and they bring it to you which is sort of fine I guess considering the place isn't big and a designated pick up spot can get sort of congested. The food came and I received mine first but out of the three of us I did order first. The sandwich was tuna and other dressing on sourdough toast with a side of some sort of dill dip thingy. The sandwich was OK and without getting into the type or quality of ingredients it was as I said just a sandwich and not that different of what I could probably make at home and I'm not some amazing cook either. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't 8 bucks. The soup I really liked. It was good and it wasn't overly salty as if it's been stewing in a pot becoming dehydrated to the point that it's now a sauce like some of the soups you'd see at Quizno's or some place like that. There were solid chunks of cooked broccoli and it wasn't just tiny bits. The small soup was like 4 bucks. While the soup was good I thought it was actually a better deal than the sandwich. I could have had a larger serving of soup and I was offered croutons as well but I didn't go with them. After it was all said and done I had a non filling (for me) OK sandwich, good soup and a bottle of water and with tax it was almost 17 bucks. To me that seems like a lot for what I received. Mind you this place is "different" from Quizno's, Subway, and Timmy's for me, it's not often I can spend 17 bucks on lunch and not even remotely be full. What I ate was an equivalent to 2 starters. Again, it works out for me because I know I'm going to basically gorge myself tonight at dinner with sashimi, sushi rolls and other overly salty food and dipping some of it in soy sauce. I like food like this sometimes but I don't necessarily want to pay close to 20 bucks for it. One of my colleagues had a salad and was also there for the first time. He added chicken, bacon and whatever else and it came up to about the same, around 17 bucks. I'm not against paying 17 bucks for lunch but for a salad? I can't say I've ever paid (nor would I be willing to) pay that much for a salad, ever. The place looked busy though, lots of full tables, lots of people in line so they must be doing something right. For what it's worth there are not a lot of places like this in Burlington that I know of and much more fast food and pub type places. This place does offer a perceivable healthier alternative for eating out than many of the other offerings out there.

Great new spot for healthy fresh food

To be completely the service is great but food size and the taste of food is not worth the price at all to be.

Too complicated to make a choice. They should have more pre- defined combinations to make the experience better.

Pretty good. Fresh ingredients plus good mix with quinoa. The kids had the sandwiches and they were average. Go for the salads and bowls.

Seating for about 8 -10 people. This particular day I ordered the Wonton Noodle Soup. A massive bowl of fresh hand made noodle and fresh wontons in a delectable broth. This broth was not hot chili wise as some other soups they offer with naked thus place unique. Each bowl is crafted with a different taste and being a small place the chef is visible to see! The attention to detail in every bowl is amazing as he takes time to perfect each to be a perfect presentation. Very hawker/street style! No need to go to Toronto it's all right here. The hours are limited during the week and more flexible on weekend as the there is only one guy (the chef) and a counter person. highly impressed highly recommend

It was unfortunate, especially on a special day like Mother's Day. will hesitate to recommend this location in Burlington to others. Not happy

I preferred the seaweed, which was pretty delicious actually. We also ordered the beef brisket noodle soup, a stir fry noodle dish with pork, and buns. The soup was delicious - great flavor, noodles were amazing as expected. The brisket was tasty but difficult to eat because you had to chew for a long long time, long enough to swallow, if that makes sense. I just let my husband eat all of the beef after my one bite. The pork dish was good too but the flavors didn't wow me. Maybe I should have ordered something spicier - although adding the chili spice helped a lot. The soup buns (5 buns/order) were amazing - super hot (temperature wise) and very tasty. We were almost too full to finish them. All ingredients seemed super fresh. Always cool to see the noodles being made - just be prepared for loud noises, especially if you have your back turned away from the counter. I guess other hand pulled noodle places I've been to there's some sort of separation or glassed in area to see them being pulled, but when the dough gets slammed onto the counter it's quite loud. I would bet each batch has at least 3 slams? I'm sure it's to get the air pockets out and is necessary - I just wonder if there's a sound barrier type option or maybe some funny sign warning or heads up from the waitstaff? We can't wait to try something else from Noodle Me!

Let's get in to ... first, off currently Aug 2019, there is construction on the roads around the strip that Noodle Me is within, so it took us a while just to get in to the parking lot. Then we noticed there isn't a whole lot of parking. Maybe some across the street. But keep that in mind if you are driving over. Once we got in, the place is a nice small place. Does have lots of sitting, but slightly packed to fill more people. The staff was very friendly and the menu had nice photos for some of their meals to entice the new comers. So myself, my wife and my sister in law went in new. Ordered the wonton soup, combo lo-mein and their steam buns (thought they were dumplings). - The Wonton soup brother was very good. Noodles, not really anything to overly rave about and wontons were plenty. So an overall good dish. - The Combo Lo-Mein, was quite good. Enjoyed the noodles and a good variety of meat and vegetables. The odd part, wasn't exactly mixed up. Noodles on one side, veggies on a another side and meat. A bit of work to mix it all. So that assumes that all of it was not fully cooked together, which I feel helps to get more of the flavour across all of the ingredients, but to each their own. - and the Steam Buns, those were quite good. The dough was pretty thick for the small appetizers But a good overall. I will say the overall flavour is good and wouldn't hesitate to visit again if I'm in the area, but wouldn't drive across the city for it.

The Balsamic Chicken (with bacon, goat cheese, roasted red peppers, spinach and pesto aioli) was fantastic, and had excellent flavours. The side dipping sauce was delicious. The Florence St. Sandwich (with tomatoes, artichokes, Asiago and sun dried tomato pesto) was good, but I didn't enjoy the flavours as much so would probably try something different the next time. I would have preferred to select my own bread since the ciabatta and panini was hard to cut through with a knife - it got messy. It would have been better if it was cut in half before being served to the customer to make it easier to eat. After ordering from the counter, there was sign to wait to be seated. Service just to get seated was extremely slow. In the end, we asked someone if we could seat ourselves, which we did. The food was then brought to the table, but it was confusing since we had to get up again to go to a different counter to put cream and sugar in our coffee. Although the portion size of the chicken and ingredients were good, the sandwiches were pricey considering there was no table service, and seating was disorganized. It would be difficult to host large groups or families here. It would have been ok to reduce the amount of chicken to cut costs and price since there were two thick layers of meat. Ambiance was good.
