My most recent experience, however, has ensured I will never return. A couple of days ago, I bought cigars but didn't stay to smoke due to time constraints. When I returned to enjoy one of the cigars in their lounge, the same employee who sold me the cigars berated me in front of other patrons, insisting I buy another cigar to use the lounge, despite my recent purchase. When I politely reminded him that I had bought cigars just two days ago, he rudely responded, "I don't care if you bought a box two days ago, you can't be in here if you don't buy another cigar today." While I understand establishments have rules, the way I was treated was completely unprofessional and humiliating. A polite reminder would have sufficed, but instead, I was yelled at and made to feel unwelcome. I will not be returning to L&B Cigars and will take my business elsewhere where respect and customer service are a priority.

The lounge has ample seating including several new recliners, HDTV's, and cigar accessories (cutters and lighters) the humidor has a massive selection of the top end boutique cigars, high end bougie cigars, and the low end stuff you didn't know was great smokes! There is literally something for everyone's taste here. They have a retail store that has a massive selection of ash trays, cutters lighters, and other accessories that you may need. So let's start with the shop itself. It's rather small yet still comfortable. Their assortment of…read morejuices are good. For the most part, they have all premium juices. Their prices are good--not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. What I REALLY liked about this shop is that if you don't have a dripper but want to try the juices that they carry, they have them all in subtank minis. This is a great departure from the norm as you can really get a good feel for what the juices taste like instead of only getting muted flavors only to get home and realize that the juice is not to your liking and goes into the "head cold" box. What is the head cold box, you ask. It is the box of juices that you only vape when you have a head cold and can't taste the juice anyway. Their gear selection is not the largest I've ever seen but the stuff they do have is great quality. The guys who work there are very knowledgable and extremely friendly. Overall, I would suggest stopping by to check them out.
