They did put on a great show the night of but they didn't follow many of the instructions that I wrote down on their Bar/Bat Mitzvah agenda form. The sales person that I worked with, Ayala, I basically never heard from, nor did she return most of my calls or emails, once I signed and made a deposit. One of my friends who also used them was very frustrated with them before and after her party. They basically just take your money and run. They have great dancers, MC and dj, but the owners of the company and some of their representatives have been completely unprofessional. I called the owner a couple of days after the party to stay that they didn't follow many of my instructions. He told me that I should talk to his party coordinator myself. I told him it was his company and he should find out what happened. I never heard from him again. I have sent him and a couple of other people who I worked with there two emails. They responded a couple of WEEKS later to say they would get back to me. They never did. Dealing with the people at this company was the biggest stress for me before my daughter's bat mitzvah and I do not recommend this company.
