Well, got my computer back, nothing and I mean nothing but problems. I called to get them to look at it again. The receptionist told me that the tech had put a used hard drive in but not according to the tech. Maybe she wasn't supposed to tell me that!? The tech said a new hard drive was put in again. Got my laptop back and low and behold, problems again. It is so slow you would not believe. Windows now tells me that my activation key is invalid and that I need a new one, although my computer still runs Windows. I have lost some valuable files this last time. Some court documents that I truly need. I am so fed up with this company, I would recommend that you find a different one. Also maybe I will get my computer satchel back, maybe!!??
