On Sunday, we called and requested (through an automated message) delivery of the missing Sunday paper. On Monday, there was no Sunday OR a Monday paper. We called and spoke to a person who said he would file a complaint with the delivery person's manager and would issue a credit. He said the missing Sunday paper would arrive sometime Monday. Tuesday rolls around and we do get a newspaper. Still no sign of the Sunday paper. We call again, and are told that the person we spoke with on Monday issued only a two week credit and CANCELLED the request for the missing Sunday paper to be delivered. And that was that. We were told no Sunday paper would appear. We're going to check the price for a newsstand copy of the Sunday paper. If it's less than $5, we're better off buying the paper on our own. This kind of hassle isn't worth it. Or maybe we'll just buy our local town newspaper.
