This was a fun place to go to. Me and my family enjoyed going from machine to machine attempting to win prizes. The inside of the store was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. Also, it wasn't too expensive. It was one dollar per attempt. The only down side to this place it is was rigged. I mean, what do you expect from a claw machine store? Don't try the Mario machine. Every time you play it, the claw picks up a Mario then drops it right before you win it. Crazy rigged. I took me 15 attempts before I could win it. Also, I feel like there was a limited selection of items to win. Yes, there were about 50 machines in there but they were all anime based. I wish they had a wider selection with more genres. Last thing I want to add is I won a duck that I named Gerald! Overall, this place was fun and it's a good one time experience. If you come here, remember it's kind of rigged so don't be sad if you don't win anything. read more

Wow, where do I start with The Claw Factory? It was my first visit, and I took my nephew along--we had an absolute blast! Upon arrival, we were given a tour and then allowed to explore on our own. Michael was an outstanding guide, so be sure to ask for him if you go. The experience was truly memorable, and I highly recommend it! There were plenty of machines to choose from, so make sure to pay close attention during the tour. Overall, it was a fantastic value and incredibly exciting. We had so much fun! read more

As soon as I saw this place was coming I knew I had to come! It took awhile but I finally made it. Oh boy was I disappointed. The place is quite small but it is bright and cheerful. There are a variety of machines from big to little. The rewards are all the same- cheap stuffies from a massive bag- squished. When I arrived there was 3 different family and 1 other person. Every. Single. One. Warned me not to pay. That the games are rigged. Then they showed me. When I went to speak about it with management, as others had. I was given the insane excuse that you will win if you play it 3-4 times in a row. What?! I was told it was an 'experience' just like gambling at the casino lololol however I said I'd give it a shot- and bam, the warning happened. You will put your coin in. The claw will grab your prized. Then as it brings it up it shakes it out. Every time. It's $1 per coin and most machines are 1/2 coins. Unless you put your coins in ones that you automatically win- anywhere from $7-$16. I was o bummed out. It's such a scammy place. If you want a photoshoot then by all means- go for it. If you want to truly play and win when you actually win- go anywhere else. read more

If you enjoy watching a claw gently pat a prize and then immediately let go like it's scared of commitment, this is the place for you! I've never seen machines so clearly rigged to never let you win. The claw looks strong until it actually touches something -- then suddenly it turns into spaghetti noodles. Spent $40+ just to have the claws perfectly grab all items, lift them up, and then magically lose its grip right before the drop. Over and over again. It's not bad luck -- it's a setup. This place is designed to make you think you're "so close" just enough to keep spending. Spoiler: you're not. Save your money and go literally anywhere else, like round one.
