Soon after the cleaning service responded and said they would take care of all of needs to be meant. The ladies Chia and Sebrina were excellent and went above and beyond , they make sure I had plenty of the things that were needed. They made my experience so perfect! Leaving one star at zero is not an option ! We recently…read moretried this cleaning service to see how it compared to our regular provider. Unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. The primary concern we had--some surface-level marks and cleaning --were not addressed, and there was no noticeable improvement after the cleaning. In addition to the fact the quoted and approved services , prior to execution, were not performed at all, to include mopping floors, removing trash from household trash cans and removal of basic daily wear/tear . Floors were not even swept. They were apparently run over with the vacuum cleaner, and that was it. When we raised the issue, we were told the marks might be "deep stains," but that was not the case. These were routine areas we expected to be handled by any professional cleaning service, and routine surface level cleaning areas handled by our regular service provider,. The lack of thoroughness was disappointing. We won't be scheduling any future services and will continue with our current, more reliable provider. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this company.
