They were the first company to reach out to me. Very professional and easy to communicate with. Scheduled with one of the owners and was kept informed during the process. The two gals that came to do our place were great! Gretchen (and sorry, I forget the other girls name) we're very thorough, did exactly what I asked, communicated very well, and even went above and beyond. I just moved in recently and our tile flooring needed extra help - ugh. They spent extra time mopping and re-mopping my floor to get it as clean as possible. Thank you for that! I plan to keep using them on a regular basis! read more

He and I went over what I needed, took some measurements and got me on the schedule. I posted my most shocking photos because in the first set of photos, my son did not tell me he spilled something at his bedside. When I moved his bed over a bit, I was shocked! This spot did not phase Randy though. A Little elbow grease and he got it out. I also like the smell of whatever shampoo product he uses. I typically can't do smells because they give me a headache. However, my home finally smells like my home again!! I actually told Randy that my house smells like "garage" LOL IYKYK the other photos are of a grease stain from my washers motor blowing up. I honestly didn't think that one was going to come out. But Randy did get it out! Friendly, professional, affordable company. I will be using his service for now on. one of my biggest pet peeves when hiring a carpet company is the time they spend on cleaning. A local competitor was in and out of my home in just over an hour the last time I had my carpet cleaned. When they were finished, I thought, "dang that was quick." After it dried, I called the company back to come do it over again. It was terrible. But back to Yavapai Carpet Care...... Randy worked his butt off, took 2 hours to tackle my dirty carpet. I just knew it was going to be to my liking. He took his time and got the stains out. Randy, if you read these reviews, great job man! You have a repeat customer for as long as you're in business. The Clean Team should probably be called the Cleaning Fairies because the way they spiffed up our home was one hundred percent magical. I've been extremely busy of late at work to the point where I got hit with overwhelm (I'm sure so many of y'all know how it is.) I just couldn't keep up. So, the household (roomie and I) got together and decided that our Christmas gift to ourselves would be to hire out a deep clean. I have zero regrets, and 5 stars to share. The team put in a lot of work, for a really good price on a deep clean. They were in and out of the house in under 3 hours despite all of the pet hair I know they had to contend with. (2 very lovable, high shedding dogs). They were thorough-dusting, wiping down appliances, and left everything fresh. In short, all around fantastic job. So yeah, okay, maybe there is one regret--that I don't have them coming in on a regular basis. If I could, I absolutely would. read more
