Did The Cleaners get a new manager or chef? We went there last night, and the difference was noticeable right away. The beer was actually cold and served at the right temperature, and the pizza was much better--well built with improved sauce-to-cheese ratios. Whatever changes you've made, keep them up. One suggestion: consider offering an authentic Pizza Margherita--made with a light, airy, hand-stretched dough, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella (fior di latte) or buffalo mozzarella, fresh basil, and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil. If this is the direction you're heading, we'll definitely be dining here more often. read more

Wife and I figured we'd try it out and is was OK. Fried cheese curds were pretty good. I got the shrimp wrap and she got chicken wrap I think. Both came with fries. Wrap is basically a gyro. Had 1 lettuce leaf is all, not much flavor and never get it again. I got regular fries and she got the sweet tater ones. Mine were under done n soggy, hers were crisp but almost cooked to long. She liked them. My biggest issue is the pay before. They want you to tip then, I did. You get the option for 15-20 and maybe 25% I don't tip til I see how my service is. Service? There is none. Drinks are self serve. They give you a glass and you get your own. You see a waitstaff when they bring your food. Do not tip, that's for service quality, and you don't get ANY. read more

Another extremely overrated restaurant in downtown Brandon. Stopped there with the family for some pizza. Entered and there was no body to talk or ask questions. When I did, the kids behind the counter just stared at us like they were more lost than us. Since no one was willing to tell us or guide us, The ambiance was definitely not a welcoming one. My family looked at me and I quickly understood they didn't want to stay in this place. we decided to leave and with that note we'll never visit them again. Never understand the reason why kids today can't fulfill their duties while working like normal human beings. They had no manners, no communication skills, no courtesy and no idea of good or even mediocre customer service! read more

Steak wrap is really good. Chicken wings are expensive. It can be difficult to get someone behind the bar at times.

Good...but. The Cleaners has good pizza, excellent service, and a very cool atmosphere upstairs. We order it often and enjoy the place. I recommend this place to others, but, don't get the wings. The wings used to be my favorite thing on the menu. But the last few visits, we have noticed that they are pretty minuscule and look like they came off a pigeon. Nothing wrong with their taste, but The Cleaners needs to look into getting their wings from another vendor. Other than that, the place is great. read more

Pizza was good. Had a dog with us because yelp said dogs allowed. Only allowed on patio which was nice and heated. The 2 rating is for the uninterested girl taking orders at the counter since we had to place a Togo order to sit on the patio. I was asked to tip when placing order and I did so for 20%. This place has quickly become our favorite pizza place since moving here! Plenty of easy parking. The food is fresh and delicious. They have gyros and fries that are good too but their pizzas are our favorite. The kids pizza is filling and the variety of toppings make it an endless possibility of choices to please most. The crust and sauce are so good! I like the regular crust but my daughter likes the thin crust. The service is always friendly, fast and efficient. The ambience is perfect if you want a casual, relaxed but lively experience. There's SO MANY beers on Draft and a feature to have your glass become ice cold prior to filling! There's a bar and my husband ALWAYS gets their Bloody Mary (they have their own spicy recipe) served with a green bean and two olives on a stick...he loves it! We are regular fans of The Bank in Clinton, so when we needed pizza on this side of town I was excited about this option. Took about an hour for 2 10" pizzas for take out. One was burnt. We ordered feta, an I swear there were literally 4 crumbs on the ENTIRE pizzas. ZERO cheese. We ordered garlic, and they didn't even bother adding it at all. A few leaves of spinach, and maybe one slice of onion for both pizzas. NEVER again! read more

We had a group of 20 or so for my husband's 30th birthday. (Majority of us had never been there before so I thought it was perfect to try since it was a central location for people traveling.) The allure was the beer wall. Wellllll the food was great, it would get 5 stars on its own, but the beer wall was lackluster. Some of our group couldn't even get wristbands to try the wall bc they ran out. There were a good many empty taps. Last but not least, the most common beers foamed terribly every single time you tried to pour and when we alerted staff the general consensus was that "we didn't know how to pour a beer" and were brushed off - mind you, we are all upper 20s - mid 30s do you really think we don't know how to pour a beer? Overall, it was a 3 star experience. I would give it another try but I'm not sure how high my hopes are since we went on a weeknight vs a weekend and still had an average experience. The food is definitely a saving grace because I honestly want to give a 2 star rating for the beer wall and the staff. read more
