I'm shocked to see a few bad reviews on here, because our experience was nothing less than stellar…read morefrom start to finish. Britney did an absolutely fantastic job on our deep clean today! She spent several hours at our house and was incredibly thorough. She even managed to get spots out of our tub and bathroom that I had pretty much given up on--I honestly didn't think they would ever come clean! She also had a great sense of humor and was so easy to have around, even while my boyfriend and I were both working from home. She was professional, friendly, and did a magnificent job. The whole experience with Shinetown has been phenomenal, too. Booking online was super easy, and I love being able to see my schedule and invoice right on their website. I got updates throughout the process, everything was clear, and there was never any confusion about the appointment or what I was paying for. Just really seamless, professional service from beginning to end. There's seriously NOTHING better than sitting down at the end of the day in a shiny, clean house that you didn't have to clean yourself. It feels amazing in here. I'm already looking forward to booking Shinetown (and hopefully Britney) again. Highly recommend!

I got it spotless, they didn't touch windows windows that had kids Fingerprints on them. Children that hadn't been in the house for 2 weeks before they came and haven't been in the house since they never touched the windows very, very disappointed. Looked like they put no effort into anything. Kitchen floor wasnt anywhere near clean. Counter tops were hit and miss. Didn't even wipe between backsplash and faucet.

I am attaching to this review, for context and clarity, two screenshots of texts. One is of a brief…read moreconversation with Jessica, the business owner, about switching my service day to a weekend day for her convenience. I am willing to be flexible when I am able, and I didn't mind making her life easier. The other is an exchange with Jessica, from this past Sunday, 4/14/24, the morning of the day she's supposed to be here, which I'll go into in more detail below. I hired Jessica to come in once every two weeks, to clean three bathrooms (one of which is barely used), to vacuum the kitchen and family room (neither of which are large), and to dust under the TV in the family room. When she came to price the job, she proposed $60.00 per visit, but I proposed and we agreed to $75.00 per visit. Why did I go higher? Because I wanted her to know that I valued her and what she'd be doing for me (and that I can't do myself because of a health issue). Her first cleaning here went okay; she didn't move the wastebasket in the kitchen to sweep around/under it, but that's easily corrected. No big deal. So along comes April 14th, the day she and I agreed on, and I get the text from her informing me that she's bumping me to whenever she can get to me ("might be 1pm" doesn't cut it). To assume that I'm willing to accommodate her other client is as unprofessional as it is rude. While I may have mobility issues, I do try to have a life, and I actually had plans for the afternoon. Her noonish arrival I had planned on; it takes MAYBE an hour to do what needs to be done here. I don't go out much, and I was really looking forward to getting out. She clearly thought that I had nothing better to do than wait for her. Her breezy apology I could forgive if she'd bothered to show up at all. Nor did she bother to respond when I expressed concern about her failure to be here. She still hasn't bothered to extend the courtesy of some kind of response, and it's been more than 24 hours since I expressed my concern. So while I tried to demonstrate her value to me by paying her a higher rate than she asked for, and while I went out of my way to be flexible with/for her, what I got in return was a complete lack of professionalism and unacceptable discourtesy. I don't care if she didn't like what I had to say to her about the situation. I am the customer. Don't add insult to injury by telling me that you're on the way and then not bother to show up (or even communicate) after telling me that I'm being pushed down the list because of another client's need. Your other clients, dear, aren't my problem. And now you aren't either.
