Updating my review. After using this service for over 3 years, they spilled bleach on my carpet and refused to pay for the carpet to be replaced, even after their employees freely admitted that had spilled the bleach. They attempted to say that my contract stated they would not be liable for any damages caused by me providing my own cleaning products- something NOT in the contract I signed at all- by giving me an updated contract that they insisted I had signed as well. Unless they forge my signature (which I don't doubt they would, the owner is one of the biggest jerks I've ever tried to deal with) I definitely did not sign any such thing. I recommend you avoid this company at all costs. Crooks and liars. read more

Hiring the Cleaning Authority to clean my home bi-weekly has been a good decision. The service meets my standards for thorough cleaning that I am no longer able to provide. Promise and Tammy are the best! They arrive on time, are organized and when they are finished, my home sparkles! They are friendly, detailed oriented and they clean my home as if it were their own. I was reluctant to use them because its a cleaning service with strangers that will be in my house without me there. I was used to using individuals that I know, not strangers. The owners met with us before hand to so through our house and give us a quote/consultation for our house. I have been pleasantly surprised with the service. They even have a punch list that they get done every week and then have a section that they deep clean on each visit. My only complaint is that they dont fold clothes or touch the dishes. Probably an issue in the past with not being liable for breaking anything or accidently shrinking clothes. read more

I have had the pleasure of using the Cleaning Authority for several years now and for a good while have had the same ladies cleaning my home. The main person who has always taken great care with my belongings and cats, dogs has been a lady named Danielle. Together she and Hannah have done an excellent job for quite a while. Lately, due to a leave on Hannah's part, Hailey has been working with Danielle and together they make my house very clean and nice to come home to. We've been using the Cleaning Authority for several months now and have been extremely happy! I love the system they use for cleaning more deeply on a rotation. This is the first cleaning company I've worked with and they had their work cut out for them! Amy and Nicole did such a good job this month! With two black dogs that shed the amount of another small dog in a week, they do a thorough job of getting all the hair up. They are always on time. The house always smells clean but not chemically.
