Don't waste your time or effort with this branch. They continue to have a lack of good communication and a lack of customer service. I gave them a second chance because everyone deserves one right? I requested a deep clean as I am 6 months pregnant and preparing for my baby shower, therefore unable to really do as thorough of a job as I would regularly prefer. I was informed in my pre-clean discussion that there would be 3-4 cleaners on the day of my service and that they would likely be at my house (based on discussed specifications) for 3-4 hours. We (myself and the owner) discussed the expectations of the clean from her perspective and mine. I was encouraged to reach out during and after the clean with any concerns. Instead of reiterating everything that was not completed during my clean. I will simply paste my feedback below as discussed with the owner who then replied that they obviously could not meet my standards and that they were "suspending" my service. Just FYI- 2 workers came for the clean. My husband works from home and addressed concerns he had observed during the clean (certain areas not actually being addressed) with a team member on the phone who actually had the cleaners return after they had left because his concerns were acknowledged and validated. The owner texted me following the clean apologizing and then I did provide feedback as encouraged to do so: "Even when making concessions for the "miscommunication" about what the cleaning staff can and can't do, very accessible shelving in the kitchen, half bathroom, and primary bathroom were not dusted. The doorframes (which my husband specifically pointed out when the team came back for a 2nd time) were not wiped. Items on my dresser were clearly dusted around instead of moved. Items on top of the dresser themselves were not dusted. The bookshelf in the primary bedroom was not dusted. The baseboards going up the stairs are clearly not cleaned. The blinds and window sills in the kitchen were not wiped down. The headboard of our bed was not even wiped! The mantle was not dusted. Certain areas of the house look great while other areas were clearly disregarded. On top of this, before my husband realized the lack of attention paid, he tipped 100 dollars in cash. I am honestly very upset that we ended up paying almost 500 dollars (before tip) for this sub par service. I would be upset if I had paid 200 dollars for this clean. We will be considering whether to continue service or not." Do not ask for me to express concern and then basically pull a "you can't fire me I quit". If I could give this company zero stars I would. I had this company clean my house twice. The second crew that cleaned my house spilled hot wax (in a warmer) all over my hardwood floors and wall. They did not tell me, nor clean it up before leaving. My husband and I spent almost an hour scrubbing wax off the surfaces and cleaning it up. Inexcusable. One week after they were here, I noticed circle scratch marks on my brand new stainless steel refrigerator. My husband and I haven't cleaned the refrigerator since they left and we NEVER clean stainless steel in circles...wipe with the grain! When I notified the company, I ended up speaking with Brian Greenwald, who is the manager (a terrible one at that) and took no responsibility for the damage done to my new refrigerator. He stated that their policy is "Our work is guaranteed if immediately notified." I guess they expect customers to go over their house with a fine tooth comb. What a horrible way to do business. As a customer, we want to trust a cleaning business to take care of our things when we allow them to enter our homes. To not stand behind their mistake and take no responsibility is a horrible business model. Our $3k refrigerator is now ruined. I have reported them to the BBB and the KS Attorney General's office. Horrible service - broke ceiling fan, pulled down shower curtains, for a deep cleaning light fixtures in dining room and kitchen not touched. Owner and management refused to take responsibility for breakage. I would never recommend or use again. read more

I have had this company clean my home every other week for a year. I have tried for months to get the teams to clean my home as outlined in their cleaning task list. I have repeatedly contacted the office with items consistently missed or not done correctly. I have offered to pay more to get the clean I should have been getting at the regular fee. I left tips for the team, hoping to give them an incentive and when nothing else worked, I left notes about areas they needed to pay attention to. I was given advice to leave an envelope of tips in an area they are supposed to clean and kept overlooking. The team never found them. All of these attempts on my end have not resulted in an improved clean, but in fact, have resulted in the last 3 cleanings being worse than ever! Even areas they have done satisfactorily before are now not being done. I have 3 family members looking for a cleaning service, and am always asked for referrals from my real estate clients. This office was really disorganized. They rescheduled the initial estimate twice and then didn't show up for the first deep cleaning we had scheduled on our house. They seem to have people who routinely don't show up for work and when they tried to reschedule the deep cleaning they had skipped they were suggesting scheduling it for 1 to 2 weeks later. Very poor customer service. I moved to a different cleaning service. The competition in this market is way too stiff to have such disorganization and poor communication with customers. read more
