Sadly this company's problems lies with its very sloppy & inexperienced employees. They cut every…read morecorner they could. Said they would use hurricane clips on the decking, they put a few in obvious places, but didn't do it everywhere. Said they would replace any decking that showed signs of previous water damage, but they didn't even pull up the old felt to inspect the decking! Shingled over the original, wrinkled roofing felt, leaving obvious waves. Many of the decking boards should have been replaced due to getting wet previously and are now swelling and covered in mold. They were supposed to strengthen the rafters in the attic due to changing the roof design from a hip style to a gable roof front. See photos for how poorly it was done. In less than 3 months, the shingles were cracking and dried out. The roof isn't sufficiently supported and has lines where it is sagging and caving in. Randy came out to look at it and said, "Well, its too late to do anything about that now." There are rafters spliced together with one nail holding it together. They didn't put the house wrap on correctly around the dormers (which were also very poorly constructed) and it leaked, causing mold to grow all over the ceiling. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Randy's Roofing for ANY job whatsoever.

They offer shampooing as well which is great because as a customer I like options. They had a great special going on at the time. When I call they pick up or get back to me right away. Their 24/7 service is awesome, had a major leak in my house around 11pm and they rushed over to help out with my soggy carpet. I actually had to call these guys to come out and finish cleaning and drying my carpet properly after I had already paid another well known company here in Alice to do so, so these are my go to guys. This place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I brought my rug in to be…read morecleaned because I had company coming to my house the following week. I told them that I would pick it up on Thursday since my company would arrive on Friday. When I dropped it off, it had been my third attempt to do so. Each time I went to their office/store they were not there. This was during normal business hours that anyone would expect a business to be open, not during a lunch time, not before 9 am or after 5 pm, but each time the door was locked and the open sign was off. There are no posted hours of business. Furthermore, I had called and left a message days before stating that I was standing outside their business at 3pm on a Friday and that it was my second time to try to drop off my rug. I never received a return phone call. I finally was able to drop off the rug on the following Tuesday and the owner proceeded to verbally abuse his secretary right in front of me. When I went on Thursday to pick it up, they were closed yet again after I specifically told them that I needed it on that day. After asking repeatedly what their hours of operation were, I still have not gotten an answer, I was told to call the secretary on her cell phone to make sure she was there. After calling repeatedly on the cell phone which she never answered, I went to the store to see that it was again locked up during what anyone would assume would be a reasonable business to function. I finally called the main number and got an answer, she was locked inside, not answering her phone, nor answering knocks on the door. I had to load up my own heavy rug because this little old lady was the only one there and then she said my bill had to be paid in cash and they were no longer accepting credit/debit cards. I told her that I would come pay it later in cash since I was already behind and my company was on its way. Paying for the cleaning was a repeat of previous experience, calling, stopping by, etc. It took me a week to be able to come by with cash because they were never there, not answering phones, etc. I tried to give them another chance since the secretary kept telling me that she had been in the hospital and had been sick, so I left another rug with them to be cleaned, they at least do a good job of cleaning. It has been several weeks and they still have it and I have not been able to pick it up. I do not recommend using this place, they do not know how to run a business without pissing people off.
