We spoke on a Friday morning about doing the cleaning the following Wednesday or Saturday. She said she would block both days until I let her know when the construction was done. On Monday I texted her to let her know Wednesday would work. She told me she now had something scheduled for 1pm on Wednesday via a service that automatically books her. She was going to try to reschedule it. I texted twice more and she didn't answer me. I had to find someone else to do the job because she was unresponsive.
