I have been renting my home through "The Clear Creek Group" TCCG since 2018 and unfortunately I had tried to terminate my agreement with TCCG without success. I had to hire a Lawyer to terminate the TCCG contract as a homeowner and this was a very stressful and costly experience. My family of 5 have chosen to move abroad and communicated to TCCG on Dec. 8th 2021 specifically requesting TCCG to work closely with me on this matter as we where leaving the USA. At this time it was a fluid situation subject to change with kids getting into school overseas and pet care while we are gone. Early Spring 2022 we concluded that renting our home was not going to work for our family including pet care while living abroad and this was communicated in a 2 week notice (As stated in TCCG contract) to TCCG specifically to terminate our contract. TCCG unfortunately refused to terminate the agreement and stated there was a rental for summer 2022. We where not aware of this summer rental and it was not confirmed with me. Furthermore TCCG would not let us out of this contract and then threatened us with litigation. Soon after we had to hire a lawyer. After months of litigation and moving our caretakers and pets off to another rental for the TCCG Summer rental we ended up loosing a lot of money and created a lot of stress for our family and pets. I am a web developer and travel a lot for work so my Phone is my primary source of communication. I was very clear with TCCG to work with me directly and NOT by the TCCG portal for homeowners because it is not IOS compatible. Furthermore TCCG deducted large amounts from this Summer Rental for our house not being suitable for their guest. The house has been left cleaned by professional cleaners and yard has been maintained by professional landscapers since the conception of Leasing our house in 2018 with no such deductions and issues in past rentals. In the past 2 years of renting our house the TCCG staff turnover is way to high to have good communications. For example TCCG staff was told by me in 2021 to not use specific plumbing fixtures, TCCG did not listen and cause a major flood and damages in our home. This was very costly and TCCG had the nerve to bill us for their negligence. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND as a homeowner to NOT rent or supply your home for vacation rentals via TCCG. Furthermore if you sign a contract of any sort with TCCG will not work with you even if your plans change. Also the turn over rate of TCCG staff is very high, chances are you might not know who you are speaking with next time. I would steer clear of this company as they are dishonest, disrespectful to homeowners, provide poor homeowner support, poor communications, very litigious, and unprofessional. read more

I would not consider renting from anyone else! I read the others reviews and of course people interpret things certain ways and issues arise and you try to handle them the best way you can. For us, they were nothing but nice booked all our reservations, restaurants, rafting gave us advice on things to do. Anytime there was a question, they were right there to help or answer for us. People just like to complain but for us no complaints here what so ever! Easy 5 stars and I'll be back with them again and my friends also used them and loved them too!! I planned a family trip for our mom's 70th birthday - the Clear Creek Group could not have been more wonderful. I worked closely with Andrea for months leading up to our week stay in Teton Village. She answered every email and question so thoroughly. She also had fantastic recommendations for trips, food, gyms, grocery stores - you name it, and she was there to give excellent suggestions and feedback. I also dealt with Stephanie a bit - she was just as great! We stayed at Four Pines 6 and it was beautiful, the views were stunning. It was so nice to relax outside with a glass of wine and enjoy the views during the day and the stars at night - although it doesn't get fully dark there until around 11, which made for some tired New Yorkers! One day half of our group was in Jackson and the other half went back to the villa only to realize a family member in Jackson had the house key... maintenance was there within minutes! It was also my daughters 3rd birthday while we were there - the CCG had a cake sent over, which was delicious! It was so kind of them. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the Clear Creek Group. Look forward to working with them in the future. read more

I have found the folks at Clear Creek to be extremely easy to work with and flexible in all my dealings.

I was initially impressed with the portfolio of home rental properties managed by Clear Creek, but unfortunately there's little follow-thru and diligence on behalf of the staff to move forward from there. Our travel history is extensive, from luxury rentals around the world to our own private yacht with crew and chef, so I'm very well aware of the high-end services available to the discriminating traveler. The Clear Creek agent automatically assumed a budget for us, neglected to give pricing on larger homes available, and blocked out homes from website calendar, only to later open up their availability. Very misleading. There was also no sense of urgency on their part to assist us in finding a home for the Solar Eclipse. It was odd and awkward service, and they had no real interest in executing a signed contract. If you're looking for first-class service and utmost attention to detail, Virtuoso or Luxury Retreats are better equipped to meet your needs. They both worked tirelessly to find us world-class accommodations on a swift and timely basis. Off hours and weekends included, unlike Clear Creek. In the end, Virtuoso resolved our stay, as always. To the Clear Creek Group Management: be wary of the services provided by your staff, it's lacking the many accolades you publicly tout. read more

Was the worst experience my family has ever had on vacation! Clear creek group was unprofessional, rude and the GM was so inappropriate and unkind to our family. The clear creek group promised us that construction would begin after our two week stay in fish creek #8 that ended June 10th and when we got there the construction was not only in the back and side, but out the front which was the view from the master bedroom. We were woken up about 6am every morning to the construction crew and had crew members looking in our windows. My mom called to ask if we could switch cabins because we were so disappointed by the clear creek groups dishonesty about the construction and their answer was a "no" with not even an apology. Not to mention when my mom spoke on the phone with Kevin (I think that is his name), the general manager, he accused her of lying about her previous conversation, of my family being picky and said he didn't care and would not offer us a discount. The GM and clear creek group left our family in tears on our first family vacation in 3 years. I sincerely recommend not booking through this company!!! read more

I can not speak to how well Clear Creek treats their traveling guests. But as a property manager for a client with a lovely property that was put in the CC portfolio; I can tell you how they treat the property owners. And the answer is, not well. Clear Creek really does believe the real client is the traveling guest, and consequently the poor schlep that has a property in the pool is pretty much second rate. There are other areas of concern: damage to the home that Clear Creek seems unconcerned about, payments to the owner that were weeks and months late (very concerning about their financial stability), too many layers of management with limited expierience and lastly, an unfortunate top-down arrogance you will get to observe in one of the owners Morgan Bruemmer. For all these reasons I terminated CCG and went with a different, smaller agency who have been fabulous and who rent the property out more. Size isn't everything. Skill counts. Before deciding on Clear Creek Group I suggest you consult several of these companies. Get references. Look at their pool size and ask if the company is hungry or just stacking listings up until your property is one in a pile. read more
