I signed with this agency/Shawna last May. She got my daughter one direct booking after our first month which I thought was great. After that Shawna lost all contact with me. I had to constantly email and call her MONTHS after asking about payment for that one job. She never kept me in the loop with anything. I finally received payment for it after the new year. Never seen the pictures because she claims the companies website was down. I find it very hard to believe a big company like Step 2, would let their website fail, but alright. She also never updated my daughters pictures on the Clekidz website since my first submission. I sent her new photos every few months, but she assured me that she was submitting the updated photos for work and that they were working to update the site. I'm overall VERY unhappy with my experience with this company. They came so highly recommended from a popular blog but based on these other review I'm seeing, I need to personally write the blogger and tell her to STOP recommending this company. My contract officially ended in May and I still haven't heard from Shawna since January about the pictures she was supposed to be working on getting to me. read more

Several minors have not been paid (I can attest to this) and she stops answering texts, phone calls, and social media outlets once you reach out for payment. Don't be fooled by this woman.
