They made set up and tear down soooo much easier for us and made the event so much more enjoyable. It's the perfect place to host an event. I have friends with kids who attended the event and they even had toys and play things for kids so everyone had the best time!! The office staff stated that they moved to Pearl City "before Christmas"... so - maybe December 2023? Anyway, I've driven past this building many times. It's a three level structure with parking in the front and in the back. We entered from the parking lot in the back of the building. There's an escalator to the bottom floor, but it's not working and has cobwebs on it. We used the elevator to get to the third floor. The convenient restroom doesn't need a key nor a code to open the door. Pearl City Business Plaza is an old-school establishment with a hair salon, restaurants, and massage services. We'll be back!

What I got instead was a frustrating, misleading, and frankly gross experience. I arrived 10 minutes early, but it took 15 minutes just to figure out how to get inside--no clear signage, no instructions, nothing. Once I finally entered, there was no one at the front desk, and I had to wander the space on my own. There was no room labeled "podcast." I eventually found a door marked "film room," which looked nothing like the photos online--just a cluttered storage closet with some lights shoved inside. No one around seemed to know where the podcast room was, either. I waited 30 minutes into my scheduled time before a passerby (who didn't even work there) finally helped me find the space. Surprise: the podcast room was, in fact, that sad little closet. Tiny table, no real setup, no podcasting equipment in sight--unless you count the pile of random gear tossed haphazardly into a nearby closet. I genuinely feared opening it would cause an avalanche. To make matters worse, the room was filthy--clumps of human hair on the floor, cheap materials, and absolutely not the "fully soundproofed" space advertised. I tried recording, but the background noise from other rooms bled clearly into my audio. This was a total bait-and-switch. Unlabeled, unstaffed, unsanitary. If you're looking for a legitimate place to podcast or record, do yourself a favor and stay far away. Hawaii Coworking is not ready for professionals.

This industrial center is filled with some serious vendors and is totally not what I expected as we drive down Nimitz and have gone to the airport while even grabbing a Starbucks or lunch in the area as there is this giant place as I blindly explored to find the biz. Be mindful of the unit address alphabet if it's your first time so you know exactly where you need to go and chances are it's up the huge ramp as I was going to ""B" which is halfway up and specific office number are prominently display so you know you're in the right area. Love these clear and precise information though parking here isn't free but some biz do have some designated reserved stalls which is nice and so is the location making my errand easier than I'd thought. The location here is decadent to really branch out your network. My friend and I came over here on a brisk and casual December 2020 day and she needed to visit a friend who works in the building. Just happened to tag along for the day and we ended up here. The property is literally across the street from the Daniel K Inouye international airport, so you could watch planes take off and land daily here. My experience here at the Airport Industrial Park lasted about 45 minutes. While my friend tended to her business, I looked around and checked out the directory of tenants that were presently active. There were familiar names on the signage, which was cool. The building itself seems to be relatively new, estimating it to have been built within the last 3 years or so. The building also has an on-site café, which is pretty cool. Pretty sure it's limited to the employees working in the building. I didn't go in, so I will need to check that aspect out later. The building itself is close enough to local area eateries, which can be helpful for anyone who wants that choice of sustenance on any given day. Quite neat to be here, although there is security roaming around the property. If you don't look sketchy or do anything wrong, you'll be okay. The overall experience here at the Airport Industrial Park was smooth like Jazz. It was nice to be able to sit on the top floor of the parking lot and overlook the scenery while waiting for my friend. Quite nice to be able to do that and enjoy the nice cool temps and remind myself that "Lucky we live Hawaii". It's so cliché, but it's true. For the most part though, it was neat to see other parts of the airport district. I usually don't come this way when I myself need to get to the airport for a flight out of Honolulu. It was a treat. For a small section of the economy, it's their livelihood and a place to work during the day or night. The Airport industrial park is located at 3375 Koapaka Street, just across the street from the terminals at Daniel K Inouye international airport. A bunch of the tenants here are non retail offices of familiar / popular businesses operating in Hawaii, whereas others are in manufacturing or industrial. With that in mind, many of them accept major credit cards, if you're there to do some transactions. As long as you know where you are going and don't look lost, you should be fine. If you are like me, routes 9, 19, 20, 40, and 42 come thru the airport via Rogers Blvd or on North Nimitz Highway. Seems like the main tenant anchor here would be Hawaiian Airlines. Makes sense since hard to have a corporate office at the airport itself. The location is pretty awesome though, especially if the employees in these businesses travel a lot for business. Recommended if you are looking to start your own business and need physical office space or looking to expand your existing business space. 4.0 stars for the overall experience. 5.0 stars for the scenic views from the parking lot. Plenty of tables, although some folks use them to watch movies and social media without headphones. There's a Starbucks and beer place there, but there's no streamlined way to get your free 2 hour parking. Sometimes there's an employee sitting in the area, sometimes you have to wait in the bank line. Without it, 1 hour is about $10. It's fine. Not rushing back, but a tool to use when I need it.

You don't need to have a CPB account though having one gives you the priority to make the reservations and it's super easy to do so online at https://www.cpb.bank/tidepools. Times you can reserve are from 30 minutes, an hour, 90 minutes and up to two hours. Tidepools users are able to park at Central Pacific Plaza and will be provided with two hours validation. I have been here before and just love the vibe here it's so chill yet vibrant with various folks enjoying their lunch, meeting up with others or just working on their inspirations. On this particular visit I came to check out their Tidepools Holiday Marketplace where there were many vendors selling handcrafted and unique items that I loved and was actually surprised to run into a friend Kris of Kris Hawaii who does amazing illustrations so you know it just made my day. Speaking to Kris I noticed a calming sound coming from above her and it was a wall art..."Kai nu'u o Kanaloa" and this spectacular art is synced with offshore buoys and sends it back with the sounds of the waves moving in the ocean and is in real time if you can believe that. The Christmas decor itself was just stunning so calming and beautiful I just found myself already relaxed as if I'm transported away and to keep you fueled up they do have Aloha Beer, and Starbucks Pick Up and yes that's what it's called if you use your mobile app which makes it an all around perfect place to do anything and basically everything! Just bring your unneeded clothing, shoes and purses and who doesn't have that what they do is have these tables and racks to hang and layout your clothing where we are allowed to browse and see the potential item you like to add to your wardrobe. Also there is The Skin Institute with students ready to provide a consultation on your skin condition and products they'd recommend to treat it. I had a delightful student Esthetician named Sstarr and went over my skin which I assumed and the course of products she recommend, along with a coupon for 10% off facial is a great start to a glowing complexion. I did find a shirt but wasn't really looking for a swap like so many here were delightfully enthusiastic just to see it going somewhere that will be loved and appreciated than the trash or lost in the donation bin, which isn't where what's left is going to a non-profit...fabulous! Once the swap was basically done I did get to browse around the area which looked like a fun lofty vibe with different pods and seating area and kitchen is super cute! A free pop-up movie in Honolulu...at Impact Hub!…read more Amy found a free movie through Eventbrite and I was so excited to go! I've always wanted to see "Won't You Be My Neighbor?" and this was it! Yay! Thanks, Amy! I actually parked for free right across the street at Whole Foods. Impact Hub does have it's own parking lot, and you can get validation. Inside, the workspace (available for rent) is clean, colorful, and spacious. There are restrooms, showers, telephone booths, desks, chairs, tables, a kitchen with microwave, and a plain white wall for projections... This is where we gathered and watched the story of Fred Rogers of the television show, "Mister Rogers' Neighborhood". This venue was perfect for a casual get together. Tonight's event was sponsored by PBS. There was a good variety of snacks - and water was available in reusable cups. Afterwards, I realized that I had been here before. My friend's wife graduated from esthetician school at this place! Wow...it's a versatile space!

Entrepreneur Sandbox is located right in Kaka'ako right beside UH on Ilalo St and with lots of parking available makes is a great spot to spark that imagination and on this night they had Clothing Swap Party which is a simple concept of bringing clothes, accessories, totes to swap as they provided tables to place your items and search. Community gathering to swap unwanted items going instantly to homes is nothing more than a great way to support those that are looking for items as well as I've overheard folks saying that that don't have much is so unfortunate and there nothing more that makes me happy than to see my items snatched which I did and it felt great. Love the loft vibe they have here and the location as it offers very easy parking and hope that they continue to have events like this as everyone had a great time finding new items to their wardrobe which they also provide fitting room as well. Awesome spot for all to enjoy as I was really surprised how many showed up and embraced it all. Thank you!
