I've been treated better getting a speeding ticket than how this young, personality disordered girl treated me just last week. Enough, my regular business goes elsewhere now. Probably one of the better cigar selections around the Tri-Cities area. Every cigar shop around…read morethere seems to be a smoke-shop/head shop/hookah shop combo, but some of the others tend more towards the glass pipes and hookahs. This shop actually has a bank of humidors full of everything from your two-dollar 2nds to Cohiba and Macanudo. I picked up a couple of Diesel cigars that I can't find anywhere else around, so that's a big bonus in their favor. The folks that work there seem to be more of the cigarette/vape kind of people, but the lady who was there when I walked in knew enough about cigars to sell them to folks like me. I'm still looking for a good cigar lounge around there, but at least I now have a place I can send folks to get a good cigar if they want one.

Last time i went in, their price for empty cigar boxes had been raised by 500%. I checked my statement to see what i had spent there in the last 2 months, and it totaled $646. Owner of this chain obviously was trying to gouge me. Boxes are normally $1 per or $.50 if you buy them by the lot. Some shops even give them away. I had placed their 3 stores on my route to source inventory for my business, and i had let them know that. Losing a customer for life over greed to the tune of 500% markup, is deplorable. To each their own. Plenty of cigar shops that have better boxes and better selection of cigars.
