They called us at least a month after we dropped things off and told us to come pick up our totes. It seemed to us they didn't even look in the totes and misplaced several items. Everything we took was clean, in good shape, not junk. Don't waste your time with them. They wasted our time loading stuff up, taking it in, and picking it up again.
