Ferny goes above and beyond not only for the kids, but the whole family with different events throughout the whole year. What I love about it, is the discipline he instills in them and doesn't let them give up. Even when it feels extremely hard. He is respectful and serious, and also has fun with all his classes and students. Mr. Antak is old school in how he handles admin stuff and that's fine. You warm up to his style as you get to know him. He's a Grand Master, not a front desk receptionist. I've seen him between class times doing his best to talk to students' parents and answer questions, order gear for the kids, and call people back when messages come in. My husband and son have been students at Mr. Antak's academy for a full year now. I'd recommend this academy to anyone who wants to practice karate.
