From the residential aide straight across meter parking. From the Montage Resort area paid parking nearby do not park in the plaza across you will get towed or ticketed. Once you make it down, it opens up into crystal clear water and a stunning stretch of beach. The tower itself is incredibly unique and photogenic, almost like something tucked into a seaside storybook. Just a heads up, it is not dog friendly. Overall, a memorable spot that feels like a little hidden treasure along the coast.

I was asked to do a wellness check on someone and when I arrived I noticed 2 LBPD units parked up…read morethe street and then I saw a message that the person I was checking on was deceased. I needed to relay the situation to a family member that lived out of state and it was nerve wracking to say the least. The officers were there for hours waiting for the coroner and explaining to all kinds of nosey people with somewhat inappropriate questions. I have a handful of cops in my family but I don't get to hear about the slow days per se. LBPD contracts with a service called TIPS. They send counselors to calls where someone is impacted by a traumatic situation. These people along with the officers were amazing and they stayed till the last person walked out and I locked the door. Of course if I get a ticket from LBPD in the future I'm def coming back and taking some s away.

The mall does tend towards high end stores with a small smattering of standard stores but in general, there are a wide variety of stores. Plenty of dining options from high end or quick casual. You can even do your grocery shopping here as there is a Whole Foods market. They occasionally have special events. I happened to be here during the Lunar New Year event so one of the areas was decked out with Year of the Horse decorations. I also always walk by the Koi pond to see how the fishes are doing. Staff has always been friendly and helpful when I visit.

The Silver Lining: Parking: The only consistently good thing about this mall is the parking situation. No matter when you visit, there always seems to be plenty of parking available. Final Verdict: It's a beautiful outdoor space to stroll through, but as a practical place to shop or find entertainment, it's just not the best.
