We knew the market was slowing down as interest rates were creeping up and knew it may be a challenge to get top dollar for listing our home. They offered us their concierge program where they paid the upfront cost of painting, a few cosmetic fixes and staging. We paid nothing out of pocket which was really helpful. They organized the vendors and handled the whole project. The cost of the fixes were deducted at the close of escrow with no added fee. Mardi Kari does not work for your company. He owns the property 750 N Kings Road apt 302 that I rented from your company. He is your client. You have the listing again. What I went through with renting that property was uncalled for. I lost so much money and was treated badly. I always said just tell me the truth. I wired the owner 6 000 for a October 1st move in. I did not have a working kitchen until November 1 2019. I hauled debris out of the apartment just so the moving truck could get me in. I always said to collective Realty. Just tell me the truth. If the apartment wasn't ready for oct 1 - I would have looked for another apartment. In the future. Tell the truth. And just apologize to your client.
