We knew the market was slowing down as interest rates were creeping up and knew it may be a challenge to get top dollar for listing our home. They offered us their concierge program where they paid the upfront cost of painting, a few cosmetic fixes and staging. We paid nothing out of pocket which was really helpful. Mardi Kari does not work for your company. He owns the property 750 N Kings Road apt 302 that I rented from your company. He is your client. You have the listing again. What I went through with renting that property was uncalled for. I lost so much money and was treated badly. I always said just tell me the truth. I wired the owner 6 000 for a October 1st move in. I did not have a working kitchen until November 1 2019. I hauled debris out of the apartment just so the moving truck could get me in. I always said to collective Realty. Just tell me the truth. If the apartment wasn't ready for oct 1 - I would have looked for another apartment. In the future. Tell the truth. And just apologize to your client.
