She immediately just started cutting, and I did not know how to react. When she was finished my hair was in short, choppy, and uneven layers. I was astonished at the fact she completely ignored what style I wanted and just started chopping my hair. It looks so bad I honestly had no idea what to say. I had spent years growing my hair to the length it was and just wanted a style that framed my face better while keeping it long. When I got back to my hometown I had a stylist there try and fix it. There was really nothing she could've done considering it was so choppy in some places it just had to grow out.... my self-esteem and confidence has been greatly affected by the fact that my hair is so hard to style and look nice because of how bad of a cut I was given at the salon. Don't go here. Also, when I tried to call her a few days later she said that it just need to be thinned out on one side and come back in and she would do it.
