I came out with a butchered cut and my hair was three different shades-black, brown, and red. I complained and rescheduled with someone else who I used regularly. The salon called a week later to cancel my appointment because I complained about the quality of service I received and refused to refund me my money. They were paid over $100. I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Before this, I had been a customer here for over 10 years.

I honestly wouldn't recommend another salon or another stylist in the world. Am I biased because she's my friend? Maybe. But if she was jacking up my head we'd just be friends! Anytime I need a haircut she's on it. I could call her right now (10:00 PM) and tell her I needed a haircut and tomorrow afternoon my hair would be cut exactly how I like it (military style). My wife isn't here right now to give her input, but I KNOW, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that she absolutely loves this place and Kerri in particular. Let me tell you - for at least the past 11 years for me and even longer for my wife - we have used Kerri. Even when she was with that other place. And I would never ever consider using another salon. One of the worst things about being gone on my Navy stuff (second only to missing my family) is not having my hair cut here. So if you need your hair cut, dyed, or whatever you ladies do to your head, come to Cut Loose. Everyone there is professional and outstanding at what they do. She listened to everything I said. I've been this color for years, so I already know what works and what doesn't. Most stylists don't care. They just want to finish fast. Alli took her time and gave me this flawless custom color. She has great energy too! Oftentimes, I'll feel zapped after getting my hair done. Not here! I actually felt energized and excited! Another thing that helped was that she was excited to do my hair. She didn't come at it with a defeated "maybe I can do it" attitude. That tells me that she's a real artist who loves her work. It shows! The salon has a private parking lot, so you don't have to worry about street parking. Half of it is shaded by beautiful trees too. I'm thrilled with my results and already scheduled my next appointment.
