It's far enough from the freeway that you don't hear the traffic yet close enough to easily get on and off the freeway. The owner is a really nice guy and he'll make you feel welcome and glad you stopped in. The place doesn't have amenities like a public shower or laundry facilities, but, the folk are really friendly and the price is very fair. Stay a night or longer, this place can really feel like a quiet spot.

The pictures are NOT how it currently looks! Total misrepresentation! It's looks like old Mexico! Waste deep grass, stickers (goat heads), their NOT picky too whom they let in! There are 4 or 5 trucks to one RV! They let you work on your truck & scatter parts everywhere! When you call the guy, he will tell you a spill how he is running the park, because there was money laundering going on...prior to him taking over! The owner lives off! They will let dogs run wild! Pitts, boxers and other large breeds! No leash rule! They have a sign up warning you of rattlesnakes, yet they have waste high grass! This place has been open & closed so many times! If your no picky, your down with staying at any park, that's your park! I recommend Wolf Creek or Adams street park! Like I said if you want too live in disgust...this your kinda RV Park!

Called late in the evening and we're told to pick a site and they'd follow up with us in the…read moremorning. Site was clean and well maintained as were showers and restrooms. We didn't use them, but the laundry facility and pool looked awesome. Easy in and out. We didn't see site managers in the morning, so we completed the paper check in form and left it and the money (only $40 a night!) in the drop box. We received a thank you text a couple hours later. We'd definitely stop to stay here again on our way through Texas.
