On the first day out, she took us to multiple properties and was able to spot out issues in every house - good and bad. I always felt we were being advocated for. We were expecting to bid on several houses before we had an offer accepted but incredibly, one of our first two bids was accepted but on the terms that the deal could be done in 30 days.
