It was such a treat to be able to work out at a gym for serious lifters only. The equipment and environment is geared most toward powerlifting, but as someone who does strictly bodybuilding-style training it worked out perfectly for me. They have plenty of dumbbells (I love that they have two pairs of many of the higher lb sets) and some great machines. It for sure is mostly men but it's nice to have the women's bathroom/ locker room always empty lol. Craig is so nice and the environment was super welcoming when I signed up. There are 6 squat racks which is for real crazy privilege for such a small gym. My only complaints are that- the smith machine doesn't go low enough, and the hip thrust machine is really not great (would be better if it were a glute drive). Highly recommend

They've got a full range of free weights and machines, including a pair of power racks and some equipment hard to find at other gyms. The belt squat machine is popular and not standard equipment in regular gyms. The hip extension for glutes is the same. Some cardio equipment (treadmills, stationary bikes, and rowing machines) round the place out. Two dedicated deadlifting stations are super convenient. You can't deadlift at every gym in town and, when you can (like at the Y), you've got to take some time to set the gear up. If you make some jurassic noises at Strong Inc, that's ok. You're not going to get thrown out (I'm looking at you, PF). The vibe is chill and friendly. People at most ranges of skill are there. The folks are focused on their workout, but without an attitude. Bryant, the owner, is super friendly. The drive up there is a mile or two further than some places but 100% worth it. Folks who discover Strong Inc. usually never leave.

Sam and the other trainers really understand what they are doing and really push you to workout hard in each class but without being the annoying motivated cheerleader type. The classes are smaller so you can get more quality attention from the trainers and they also will help you with diet needs and have an "InBody" machine to measure your body fat percentage and measure other body compositions. The workouts aren't easy but if you are committed to getting better then this is the place for you.

I previously was an OTF member but classes were not as challenging and coaches never pushed you. At the Grind, you'll have coaches that are passionate about proper form and working muscles groups to fatigue. I have not trained like this since college. Additionally, the body scan is very in depth and can help you with your fitness goals. I'm also being personally trained by Kyle. He is certified in many areas of physical training and has his own app to track your macros, fitness workouts, etc. This gym is amazing and has a fair price. People here are of all ages and it is diverse. My only grievance is I want more HIIT classes times. However, they offer booty band classes by Leslie a former body builder and boxing classes by Carlos! Shout out to Kyle and Stephanie who are my favorite coaches to see! This was a 2 year membership paying premier membership prices. Never any issues until she graduated?!? I have no way of checking the card that was used for payments. Check your card monthly for errors, this not the first time I have had problems with the billing at an orange theory. Also the summer suspension fee jumped from 2 dollars in 2022 to 15 dollars in 2023. ‍

The staff is really helpful and nice. The also have free wifi but it limited on the amount of people connected so if it is more than 20 people there you will not be able to connect; the gym is small so that isn't often. The 24/7 access is the biggest perk for me. I can go into the gym at time of the day and the crazy thing is that there is always a member there working, even at 2am.
