Not only did I get a great deal, but we accidentally gave him an extra hundred which he found out that night and called me back the next day. I was more than grateful and then I told him I still was having trouble getting online. He checked it out again and when I got home, I did get on. Once on it was easy from there. I am recommending him to all my friends. Not only is he honest but he is also understanding to the needs of the customer.

Axiom Technologies would not be my choice of Provider. DSL service is spotty at best. Techs try to…read moredo their best with what they have but their leadership is to busy running fiber in Portland and for Machias Savings bank then worry about anyone else. Called their office with either the phone off the hook or no answer. They claim that they will get back to you if you leave a message. They will but don't know when that will be sense going down and there is no one in the office to do so. They know that the telephone lines carrying the DSL needs replacing but do nothing. If I had any other choice I would be with another company. If you have a choice of others... look into the others.
