Felt we were given good information on knowledge of a gaming computer that needed a bit of fixing. These computers are expensive so we were not in a position to buy a new one. It took a little longer for the parts to come in but they made us aware of that so it wasn't a surprise. The computer is working and all is really good. Ine of the "Guyz" that answered the phone was extremely rude. I told him at the beginning, I was totally computer "illiterate". He did alot of sighing and sarcastically saying "Ma'am, ma'am, ma'm", "We can't get anywhere with you talking over me." I apologized and said I didn't hear him talking. The sighing and sarcasm continued. He was a real scumbag and shouldn't be in business if he can't control his frustration with someone who obviously needs help. read more

I'm a repeat customer and was taken advantage . I was sold a new hard drive and it was installed prior to speaking to me . The original problems still continue. I went back to them and left numerous messages for the owner to call me . He never did . This results in them having one less customer. read more

I want to give the Computer Guyz a one star badly, but understand it was my fault. Called about 4:15 because I knew that it would take me about 45 minutes to get there and was hoping that they would stay open for a new customer. Even informed the guy (Devon?) That I'd be there between 4:55-5:07 according to the GPS. Told him I was on my way, which he said, if I missed them, can always come back another day. Well, got here at 5:03. Ghost town. Tumbleweeds. If staying an extra five minutes is going to be the difference in accommodating a customer who's traveled 45 minutes to get to you, well you don't have to worry about me coming back another day. Just a FYI, we left a hard drive with them in March of 2020. The hard drive had malfunctioned and we had hoped they could recover the contents. After several attempts calling them they told us they could not find the hard drive. The last time we talked to them all they had to say was they were sorry. Just beware, we had a lot of business information on that drive and it is now costing us a lot of money to recoup that information, AND THEY DID NOTHING. BEWARE! read more

I asked The Computer Guyz to copy data from a hard drive to an external drive. I was given a verbal cost and believed that it was for the entire job. However, my final bill was DOUBLE their verbal cost (OVER $500). If you use them, get everything in writing before you give them your computer and be very detailed. After I got the drive, I found that they did not get all of the data off of the original hard drive and now I am missing critical files and programs and out a lot of money. I do not recommend them and will not be a return customer. read more

I called this company to see if they could assist me in obtaining a battery for a nine year old Apple laptop. They said of course. They ordered it and I had it repaired in two days. I then called them for advice for my slow machine. Yes, they recommended a solid state hard drive which again came in quickly and repaired quickly. These guys cleaned my laptop which made it almost look like new. After some trouble with my printer due to new software installed, they were eager to make it right. They have provided us with outstanding virus protection, new hard drive, and came to our house to fix our computer not connecting to the internet. Jud stayed minutes and did a lot of diagnostics. Please search high and low for an alternative - ANYONE could do a better job! They do not pay attention to scheduling, are unapologetic when they are late for appointments - the second try left me waiting for more than 50 minutes - and don't seem to be able to diagnose a problem on site.
