I bought a computer there 10 years ago, and it has not crashed at all, unlike some other items I have bought at main stores. I have reguarly taken my PC in for upgrades and I have always found them to have a quick turnaround. I have had put in a CD rewriter, more RAM, installed a music-specific soundcard and they have always delivered at a fair price. The customer service is excellent. You can buy a selection of PC software there, but to be honest you can find the same products slightly cheaper elsewhere. You can also buy all the accessories that you may need for items such as your printer(inks, papers, etc) Highly recommended for purchasing a safe, reliable PC or laptop.
