He said it was not the normal way they do business. Justin the guy who drilled and filled the walls blew through 2 wires that I am aware of. Fixed them with liquid tape and foamed over them. I had to have a licensed electrician make the repairs as so called nicked wires had over 8 inches removed from them and not fixed. A fire waiting to happen. Also ran a bore scope down a few walls and found they had no foam in them at all! $6,000.00 for what? Front and Rear end gables have no foam at all and the Founders advertise that 80% noise reduction immediately and that is a joke.I am in the process of suing USA Insulation of Argos, In. The first thing I noticed was a piece of siding broken by the front door. Since they didn't tell me about that made me wonder what else they didn't tell me. When I looked in the garage I noticed that the stairs leading into the house had globs of insulation on them I'm not talking dust I mean huge globs all down the steps. They left her place a disaster and a complete safety hazard on all accounts. When I called George to see if they were coming back to fill in the framework gaps on both sides of the sidewalk or the large hole they made at the end of her sidewalk, or clean up the large mound of dirt half in her burn pit half in her yard. His response was that they didnt plan to and that wasnt within the scope of their job. He then proceeded to say "why cant you finish the job". He refused to make the job complete or safe for this woman. She almost fell into the hole, when she was retrieving her dogs from the fenced in area.
