Landscaping is always kept up! I only have a couple gripes. I rented the 3rd floor one bedroom apartment. The people on the 2nd floor below me have to suffer when i walk up here, due to it sounding like I am stomping ....but I am not stomping. The berber carpet has virtually No padding, thus the 2nd floor hear every step I take. In fact, the floor even vibrates. I mentioned this to the office staff, they explained that the building is old, but sturdy. Which is true, as far as i can tell. My apartment inside is awesome, however; the appearance of the complex, namely its 1970-ish look should be updated. It reminds me of Kings Court in Miami Florida when I lived there and Donnie Brasco was there. But for the price you cant beat this place. It is close to every thing, I just love it here. Oh, my other gripe was that this building I am in, only has one washer and dryer for 12 units. Thats like crazy. The last place I rented via RentDotcom was in Orchard Park, NY, and it had 12 units but had 5 washers and dryers for the building. Currently I have like 40 lbs of laundry to do and cant seem to get to the washer before anyone else. So I have decided to sort through my laundry and throw out most of it. Oh well. Thats life. So to sum up my opinion, this is a Great Place to live! Oh, if you have pets, they have a Pet Building here! Very nice! I wish I had brought my dog, Im so lonely here. But thats another story. If you want a bargain apartment, with great staff, great neighbors, no drama, The Landings at Fountain Pointe is the place to live! Cheers, Carol

The place has a nice pond area and the staff is friendly ! They are rather quick when it comes to maintenance and usually correct the problem within a day and respond back quickly. They shovel and keep the area maintained well! Overall I am happy with the place and will probably continue to stay here until I graduate college.

Being that we are from another state we extremely satisfied with their services. Elite , has been our eyes and our ears. Plus, their price is economical. I also saw firsthand the great rapport that they have with various tenants that come into the office to pay their rent or ask questions. We did visit several of our tenants that Elite manages. When asked one of our tenants stated , "I love Elite and my home" . We are so grateful for this spectacular team. Thank you for all of your patience. We have established a great relationship and consider Elite family. A special thanks to Jennifer, Taylor, Oliver, Maddie, Keelie, and anyone else that is part of this awesome team.

I live in close proximity to one of their unkept properties which appear to be what many refer to as a slum "maintained" by what many refer to as slumlords. Just ask the residents forced to vacate from condemned Village Shores Apartments. Very sad and shameful. And avoidable. "The complex has been condemned due to poor living conditions, leaving many tenants, like Jeanella Bearden, in a dire situation. "Most of us here on disability we live month to month we couldn't afford to get up and leave," Bearden said, highlighting the financial struggles faced by many residents." "The apartments, owned by Thread Lake LLC and managed by Elite Real Estate and Professional Management, have faced numerous issues, including mold and bed bugs. Absolute worst experience. It all started with the purchase of a new home. We were clear on…read moreseveral different conversations that we would need to sell our home before we could close on any new home, it was also stated clearly on our pre-approval letter. But our Real Estate for a Cause realtor did not submit our offer with this contingency. This huge "oversight" was brought to our attention several days later by our mortgage broker and we in-turn had to renegotiate the purchase with the sellers. Let's just say in the end the seller agreed but it left a very bitter taste. Our realtor reassured the sellers that she was listing our house and would have no issues meeting the 45 day closing. She continued this sales pitch as we negotiated the exclusive listing agreement on our home. She promised that she could sell quickly, would have big showing numbers, and open houses. Thought she could get a bidding war and multiple offers right away, especially since every home in our subdivision had sold in less then two weeks. Everything sounded so good we signed with her right then, but it was almost immediately after that we could see we had made a huge mistake. We sat for days and days with nothing-no showings and no communication except for my questions of concern. I was reassured by the weekend things would start happening. I was promised street signage and directional signs but nothing ever came of this. The sign placed in my yard was old, beat up, missing paint, and falling over. She knew it was bad and offered to fix it or paint it, after a day or two and her having trouble getting to the house we offered to fit it ourselves. After a few days we had a showing, FINALLY. We received a good luck text from her that day followed by another text that she was on vacation and had no service so couldn't really talk. Several more days with no activity we reached out for a face to face meeting and a price drop but she was still gone and couldn't meet for another five days. Seems like a 10+ day vacation without cell service should have been mentioned before we agreed to list with her or at least we should have been given another contact on her team during her absence. Upon her return we heard nothing, no new paperwork with our new lower price, still no signage or directional, no open house. She just kept telling us that we were getting lots of clicks on social media. After three weeks with almost no activity we asked for an unconditional release from the agreement. Within minutes we start receiving text wanting to boost marketing and hold open houses from herself and her broker. We declined and asked for release. This is where things get weird, the realtor and broker then starting blaming us for bad pricing, poor communication, and unrealistic expectations. We were told our concerns of old paperwork, lack of signage, and horrible For Sale yard sign didn't matter these things didn't sell houses. We were then emailed a forty two page letter and screenshots of texts trying to blame us. We have now lost the new home and have to sit on the market for the remaining five months of the listing agreement. They will not take our house off the market unless we agreed to their conditional release. We have submitted complaints with the board or realtors and contacted lawyers. Whatever you do stay away from these guys!!!

Sometimes the Gold and Silver glimmer means nothing when it comes to treating people fairly…read more My husband and I thought that Scott Meyers was the #1 relator but were sadly mistaken when it came to selling our house. Two weeks into the sale he wanted us to lower our price, then a week later we got an offer for our asking price. He never sent us any house listings to look over and just told us that we saw what he saw. Our friends told us that was a bit different then they experienced and we thought the same, so our search was our own. After a long decision process we decided to fix up a place we already owned and not buy through Scott. That decision had nothing to do with his service "BUT" since our home did not sell by Scott and we weren't buy through him our service turned to the worst.(we assume) Upon signing we found out that the new owners were getting "Immediate Occupancy" which we were told that we had and agreed to 30 days. So a rush move was in order. We took 4days to clear the residence so that we could receive our rent escrow back. That was August 9th and we still do not have it!!! There have been no return phone calls, Scott took 10 days to let the new owners know we had moved out and he was supposed to call them that day. Last we knew, the Escrow person was fired/replaced and it is 9/14. The responsibility of the final sale was put into his hands along with his office and has been anything but "Grande" Because we didn't make a Grande sale or put big dollar bills in someone's pocket we get kicked to the curb with disrespect. From the beginning the service went downward spiral and never came back! We are very disappointed!!!!
