Avoid at All Costs!…read more I had the unfortunate experience of consulting with this lawyer, and I can't stress enough how disappointing it was. First off, they wanted an outrageous retainer of $5,000, which seemed excessive given the level of service provided. When I called for help, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. Instead of feeling supported during a serious situation, I felt dismissed and belittled. Their customer service is non-existent--it's as if they don't care about their clients at all. If you're looking for someone who will actually help you and treat you with respect, keep looking! This lawyer is not worth your time or money. 0/10.

I close friend said Miles was his family's lawyer and that I should fire my attorney and hire Miles. Within a hour of my phone call for help Miles and his assistant had driven from Layton to my house in tooele and took my case. In less than 30 days I had more money than expected and my case was finally resolved. I am so grateful to Miles and his excellent staff who made it possible for me to keep my house and my sanity by eliminating all obstacles from the insurance company who did not want to pay me in a timely manner and that made no effort to ease my suffering or loss of my leg for life. Words do not express how grateful I am for their care and concern for my well being.

My parents Max & Joyce Eliason were introduced to attorney Craig McCullough in May of 2013 and told…read morethat both him and KMC Law represented them and their estate which was wealthy in oil and gas properties throughout the Uintah Basin. Mr McCullough went on to prepare hundreds of pages of unnecessary documents over the next 5 years with no copies being provided to me as Trustee or my parents as clients. My 84-year old mom and dad were suffering with lung cancer and Alzheimer's and put their faith in Kirton McConkie and believed their estate was just as safe as the millions of dollars they have paid in tithes. My mother died in May of 2018 and Lee Wright, Ken Olsen, and Tom Mecham all acknowledged an "undisclosed conflict of interest" since they really had represented their daughter/my sister and that I would need to sue them in order to protect my fathers interest as settlor/trustee and mine as beneficiary. My parents arguably did not need one trust and it has been discovered that there is at least 11 with neither KMC Law or my sister willing to provide trust documents or accounting on any one of the trusts. I have been trying to get this moved to a corporate trustee for accounting for almost 5 years but none of the local law firms or judges will expose the matter due to the implications against this LDS associated law firm. This since the implication that KMC Law has aided and abetted in the embezzlement of my parents $100M estate would put them out of business and leave every client of KMC wondering if their estate is safe or if their attorney was playing "the old switcheroo". My father was listed as the successor trustee and settlor of this AB Trust meaning he was supposed to take over his and his wife's estate upon her death. KMC Law deleted his name from an amendment in which he was required to sign for it to be legal which gave my sister the power of sole trustee. When I insisted that these "Lords Lawyers" represent my father instead of my sister and her husband; they humiliated my dad by taking him in front of Judge Faust and had him declared "incompetent" so as to try to "wash their hands" of this crime scene in order to justify them representing my sister; Lisa Stephens. My sister and KMC immediately filed a fraudulent complaint with Adult Protective Services claiming my dad was throwing up when he saw me because I was financially and emotionally abusing my dear dad. They went to Judge Faust immediately and without knowledge removed me as guardian/Conservator and was locked out of my own home and my right to visit my own father for the past 5 years with video cameras installed and police called so as to prevent me from seeing my own dad. I went to the bank to secure the funds required to pay a retainer to go after them only to find that the $7M in cash inside of the irrevocable family trust had been withdrawn leaving me forced to sue KMC Law on a pro-se basis. KMC Law has breached its fiduciary duty to my parents as clients and cannot answer the simple question of who in this religious law firm is now representing my parents estate nor acknowledge he is still alive. His name was forged by Mr McCullough into probate court stating my now 89 year old father had given him permission to rescind his rights as personal representative despite him having advanced Alzheimer's and Mr McCullough not even representing him. This is important because the docs were written stating that the personal representative was entitled to the proceeds of the life insurance policies on my mothers life of which she was never informed was in existence. The question also arises as to how these criminals were able to obtain life insurance on an 84 year old lady with lung cancer and why my sister was giving my mom an illegal prescription of morphine days before she died. George Burbidge of Christensen Jensen and John Snow of Parsons Behle both acknowledged this should be "prison time" and the loss of Mr McCulloughs professional license and yet neither will go after this fraud due to the implications. The problem they have is simple math: Value of my parent's estate $100M Treble Damages $300M Vicarious Liability to 150 attorneys $45B Guaranteed by LDS Church due to Respondeat Superior and Apparent Authority. KMC Law goes out of business and people wonder just what their tithes and offerings are being used for. Many go to jail.. So rather than trying to resolve the situation for the past five years; the defendants have chosen to commit yet one more felony of aiding and abetting while I cannot see my own father for the past 5 years. Mr McCullough is still a partner of KMC Law and my question is how many other victims are there of KMC Law who do not understand conflict of interest or criminal breach of fiduciary duty which is clearly the case herein. I do not want one dime from the LDS Church; just the return of my parents estate "as if the relationship had never been consummated"

I was very WRONG!!! Mohammed made it seem that he was going to take care of me and really cared about my situation (divorce). From the get go I should have seen the red flags (many of them) his last attempt for me to refill my retainer is when I finally noticed to be done!!! His soul goal was to make sure his bank account was satisfied and nothing else mattered. Please do your research on divorce lawyers (especially if it's your first ever divorce) I was definitely taken advantage of and was charged over $6k for absolutely NOTHING!!! Countless time on meetings and phone calls that lead nowhere and he claimed he wasn't getting response from other lawyer involved and made many excuses why it was taking so long. Never once mentioned mediation in the beginning. MEDIATION should percent be done first thing before any lawyer involved I ended up firing Mohammed and went to mediation and offered exactly what we were planning to offer and was done in 4 hours and only had to spend $550. Now I am in a huge $6k hole (nothing received for this money) and I should of done more research instead of doing what most people think is right(hire a lawyer who should have experience and knowledge) PLEASE do not waste your money or time with this firm. I feel like I definitely got conned out of $6k.
