I was also instructed to check my email to complete my rewards account using a 6-digit verification code, but no code was provided anywhere. When I tried to find contact information for the store to resolve the issue, I discovered that none is listed. Not providing any contact information for customers is very concerning. Without a way to reach the business, even simple issues or questions cannot be resolved unless you physically return to the mall. This lack of transparency makes me hesitant to shop here again nor recommending it for others.

I had to walk up to the group and ask for help. The gentleman who decided to help us seemed not too happy that we had interrupted his chat. When I asked for the location of the device, I was told "Over there," as the clerk vaguely gestured to some location a few feet away. When I asked about the store warranty/return policy, I was told that there was none. I then asked for the manager. The clerk apparently got very angry. He hemmed and hawed. I asked again.
