So I have a crystal 3-D printed necklace You know the kind with your loved one's picture engraved in it and the clasp that holds the Crystal onto the string became detached On three different occasions I tried to reattach the clasp myself using various glues from the local hardware store which of course didn't work so I began Careering the crystal in my pocket. While stopping for my morning coffee I noticed ANEMONI JEWELERS And wondered if this was something they could repair for me? Now you have to understand this is about $35 necklace Not some expensive piece of jewelry that someone would normally have worked on so I was completely expecting the jeweler to tell me there's nothing they could do and it's not worth fixing. Upon entering this beautiful jewelry store The associate Immediately greeted me she was very pleasant and friendly she took the necklace over to the jeweler explained to him what wanted done ,He then took the time to come over and talk to me personally about the repair I wanted done to the necklace.When I explained I didn't think it would be worth his time to repair being a $35 trinket his exact words were to me were " IF ITS IMPORTANT TO YOU... THEN ITS IMPORTANT TO US ! ". none of them knew at the time the necklace I asked them to work on was actually a 3-D image of my teenage daughter who was killed in a fatal Car accident And Even though The necklace had no real cash value, it was actually one of my most prized possessions and I wore it every day.ANEMONI JEWELERS Immediately repaired my necklace (for less then the cost of glue from the hardware store) and I'm happy to say it is back around my neck where it belongs and hopefully will stay til the day I die Thank You Thank You Thank You ANEMONI JEWELERS A place where their philosophy in business is " IF IT'S IMPORTANT TO YOU.... All they're doing is stealing peoples money and hoping some the CC disputes go their way to keep that money they never earned. Big karma is awaiting for those who steal. Dominic is the only one who really talked to me on how to take care of my hair. I have very baby fine hair and have to be really careful with products and processes. If you ask anyone a question , they will give you an answer and suggestions. Everyone has always been friendly, courteous and pleasant. Dominic tells you about new products and always says " if you don't like it bring it back and we will give you your money back. While traveling I had to get my hair colored. Showed them exactly what I wanted. 4 hours one day and 3 hours the next it was still a blond frizzy, crunchy, uneven mess. When I got home made an appt with Dominic and assistant Gabby. I told Gabby about my nightmare and showed her pictures of similar hair colors. Gabby explained what was wrong with it and how she was going to fix it. Explained that after time it can get lighter and if it does I need to come in and get a darker toner on. Dominic worked his magic with the cutting away dead ends, split ends and frizz.
