He has referred me to specialists as needed, but has always stayed on top of the treatments they prescribed. He listens for the 'nonmedical' events as well. I was due for my annual check up with him and have been rerouted to another doctor. I am told he took a teaching position at Centennial Hospital. I have been unable to locate him at Centennial; he is not on their list yet, so I am cancelling the 'well check up appointment" for a few weeks in hopes of tracking him down. I certainly don't want to change hospitals, all my other providers are at VUMC, but he is my doctor and I want to continue seeing him.

He doesn't rush my visits, takes the time to answer any questions I have, and makes certain I understand any instructions he may have for me.
