Might even be ever!…read more Dr Franklin is direct, open, listens to my concerns, treats me like I am the only patient she has, focuses on what I'm saying not what she assumes is happening, and she's funny, so that helps A LOT. Every time I have a question, she answers. Every time I'm freaking out about what's going on w/me, she listens and DOES SOMETHING. And if there is nothing to do, I feel confident that she tells me that because we've already run through the list. Thank you Dr. Franklin for making my medical life so much more comforting and secure. You may not know everything w/certainty because you aren't God, but you sure make sure you find out and that's all I need!

She is a hard worker and an intelligent woman. I am happy that she is my doctor. I even recommend them to my friends. Give her a call! She responds back quickly!

No one could have prevented that, but I still cry thinking about the doctor who delivered my baby. She was not warm or reassuring, and I suspect that she did a poor job with my stitches. I don't have anything to compare it to, but certainly can't recommend the hospital for delivery based on my experience or based on their response to my concerns.

Honestly if you don't want to work where there's gonna be a lot of check ins for drinking please don't because when you're disrespectful to the people who come in and are willing to help to those emitted then you should you definitely shouldn't be disrespectful to them. I offered help and they respected that but the nurse that was in charge of the person that was checked in on my behalf was extremely disrespectful towards me. I am of authorizes personnel from my state so I respect they know what they are doing but sometimes the commentaries go to far and are disrespectful

Moved to Chicago, where the physicians are clearly MUCH more engaged. Took me three weeks to get someone to respond to my request for medical records transferred. Asked to have a prescription I've gotten refilled for 8 years to be refilled for a couple of weeks while I wait for my new appointment, and no one could help me. Couldn't figure out how to "reactivate my file". I'm a good, responsible patient, faithfully following the doctors orders. Hoping to find a better partner in health management going forward...
