I was hesitant to go because of the reviews but I'm glad I did! I didn't buy a dress here, but this was by far my favorite place I've been. Customer service was great and the manager was extremely helpful! There was no pressure or rudeness at all! read more

The people here are ridiculously rude and judgemental. I would not recommend this place AT ALL. The manager here is impatient and mean to her customers and clearly does not care because she is in position of manager. If you want to enter an environment where you will be judged and told that you will never look beautiful on the day of your wedding then this is the place to be. Everyone should be allowed to feel happy and excited to pick a wedding dress for their special day no matter what they look like. This place offers awful quality customer service (to put it NICELY) and I would not suggest ANYONE waste their money on this disgusting establishment. read more
