Build Your Own Bowl - Unlimited Toppings

This place is always my favorite spot for a smoothie bowl, and it's perfect for hot weather!

this was my first time so I opted for the Sweet Berry Bliss. All the toppings complimented each other and I loved the added sweetness from the Nutella. They also offer the option to creat your own bowl and your own toppings. You can also order smoothies, milk tea and fruit tea with the option to add boba. It was practically empty as it was a rainy afternoon so I didn't have to wait long to get my bowl. Next time I'm downtown I'll be sure to try one of the other menu items.

After coming here (again) and doing my research i discovered chopped fruit is given in ounces and other fruit such as blackberries and raspberries are given in numbers (3). So if you're a fruit lover like me you might want to ask which fruit is chopped (you get more) so you're feelings aren't hurt over nothing lol. Sign up for the rewards because the system will remember your order and you can just give them your number and It pulls up your last order

Love this place! I've gotten milk tea boba here several times and it's always fast service and good. I will admit I'm not a boba connoisseur so I'm not sure how it ranks in the boba world but for a girl looking for a sweet drink with good taste it's perfect.

I felt cornered into taking this

I won't just sit here and pretend That before my earth time will end I will have returned Because lessons are learned And I'm not a fan of Corner Blend I wouldn't eat here again unless I was cornered, and even then I'd probably come in naked, and get Blend... I mean banned. My last stop in Columbia was for an acai bowl and I'd really love to give them 5 Stars cuz it tasted really good, but I have a whole long (laundry) list of complaints. First of all, they're cheating, which is one of the reasons that it tastes good. They put a good deal of honey or agave in the bowl, and then they mix it with apple juice, so it's already going to be tasting sweet and delicious, but not for any healthy reasons, nor for that delicate Acai taste - in fact it's really bad for you - in fact you may as well drink a soda and I'm not even kidding. Norly, I'm literally not kidding. You know how much added juice is in apple juice? It's basically just a cup of sugar. Concentrated chemical sugar too, high fructose sh**. I mean this isn't fresh squeezed stuff they're putting in here. My next complaint is the price. Literally more expensive than New York City. Manhattan has obscene costs of everything so why am I paying more for an Acai Bowl in Columbia South Carolina than I do in New York. And the New York one has healthier ingredients which are more expensive. My next problem was the service. The owners are so nice - I mean so incredibly nice - and one of the young girls serving was really nice as well, but the girl that actually served me didn't seem to like me very much, and kind of had a big attitude. She wasn't very helpful with my questions and when I asked if I could take one item back off the total (she hadn't made it yet - I didn't want to pay extra because it's ridiculous considering how much they're already charging) she said "it's only $0.50" and would not take it off the register. I couldn't believe it was happening but it was only $0.50 so I wasn't going to cause an argument over it. But she basically single-handedly (along with the AJ and the price) turned a glowing 5 star experience into 3 stars. I responded to her passive aggressiveness by paying for my $11 55 small acai bowl (and it was pretty small) with $10 and then a bunch of silver change. You should have seen the look on her face. I laughed about it and told her thank you for letting me empty out my whole heavy pocket, and she rolled her eyes and said "yep." Again, in New York City I expect attitudes like that. Columbia South Carolina? What the hell. I'd also like to point out that the first thing I said was that I did not want any granola which comes free with the product. I then chose 5 berries and a half portion of Honey drizzled on it. That's 5 and 1/2 toppings but no granola which is one of the things that's factored into the price. So actually got less than the average person gets on the bowl and still got charged more. Considering how much she clearly didn't like me I didn't ask her to take my picture and instead asked a customer. The customers were total Angels. So were the owners. Also everybody working was all over the place even though there were not many customers in the place, as one guy had been standing there since I walked in and about 12 minutes later when I was walking out he finally inquired where his drinks were and guess what? They had been sitting there the entire time and nobody had given them to him. Along those lines I'd also ask for a lid. The girl had put a lid on my SI and then just plopped it down on the counter. I was waiting for her to get me a lid when I realized that my acai was right next to a bunch of other orders. Could have easily gotten confused. She didn't give it back to me, just put it on the counter and disappeared. Awesome. So service issues is an understatement at this place. Oh and if you're going to charge more than New York City for an Acai Bowl you better have incredibly fresh ingredients across the board. The fruit they are using are mixed bag. Some of them tasted sour whereas the red raspberries tasted Divine. The strawberries on the other hand? I could already taste them rotting away. 3 stars, could have easily been a 5 (for taste), or a 1 (for service, price, etc). I hate to write these negative reviews but in this case I felt like I was blended into a corner.

I love their açaí bowls!! It's a little pricy, but definitely worth getting. The place is clean and nice. I like that they have outdoor seating as well.

I order the same thing every time. Taro Slushy with Pomegranate popping pearls. The most (in my opinion) refreshing taste. The taro flavor tastes like Froot Loops, and the pomegranate popping pearls are like this tart sweet liquid inside that pops inside your mouth when you bite down. I use to order the taro tea (in the picture) but i think the taro Slushy is better. Reminds me of a personalized Starbucks Frappuccino but better! The price is great. Very very clean spot. Parking is not difficult at all since it is beside a parking garage and spots on the street that are rarely taken. I have taken a star off because i recently visited Gong cha and I prefer their process of you being able to choose your sweetness. Lately I've been going to the corner blend and they have not been consistent with their sweetness. One day it will be excellent and another day it will be as if I'm drinking blended ice water.. i will give the place another try but it's hard when i don't know how to expect my drink to taste when i order it

Ah-maz-ing!!! Received this sweet deal as apart of the Yelp elite program and absolutely enjoyed it! The vibe is really good here! I loved the little photo booth. I came alone and didn't have anyone to take a picture with, lol! I had a chance to scan the menu and I would totally eat here again. It's very posh like and the atmosphere makes you feel healthy lol! Oh and the overnight oats bowl was extremely delish! Better than what I would have done at home. Thanks for the perks and good food!

Not the prettiest bowl but still good

This little store has such cute decor and the staff is always friendly. There can be a long line so call-in or order online. I always come here for the acai bowls, so good and fresh. I get the Sweet Berry Bliss and they always load up on toppings. My go-to acai bowl place!

Awesome healthy place to eat , they sell bowls of fruit that in power's your body ! Corner blend also sells frozen yogurt, coffee and bubble teas! I was a different place interesting but was a great place for a snack or a meal. They also have create your own fruit bowl. Which is different but good. I was pretty impressed! I know it's a big hit with the college crowds.

So honestly, I stopped here for bubble tea because the place next door had a card minimum. I was a little hesitant at first because it seemed a little hipster. You don't get the option to customize the sweetness or ice, but it definitely settled my craving. The bubble tea is a little less sweet if you're used to what they call "normal" sweetness, but that's my preference so I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Taro smoothie boba. Worst I've ever had :( boba was too soft (melted in your mouth), and the drink was tasteless
    Felicia C.

We got so excited to see a boba place in Columbia. All 4 of us are from Southern California, where boba places are like Starbucks in Seattle. Literally in every corner there is one. So we came in with a high expectation. Or not so much, at least we thought, it's near a big university, should be at least okay. It was the worst boba I've ever had in my life. Boba was too soft and my drink barely had any taste. I tasted my friends' drinks too. They were all the same. We all couldn't finish our drinks and saw some people pass by with boba in their hands, from another shop. We had to throw away our drinks and followed them. Sorry, but definitely not our standards....

The salt and pepper porkchop showed up to my table and I immediately thought wait this is not correct. I clarified with the staff member and she told me it was indeed a salt and pepper porkchop. Well a salt and pepper is traditionally deep fried so I wasn't sure what I was looking at. I accepted it and although it was not what I was expecting, it was an incredible meal. I thought they gave too much white rice but the overall presentation was beautiful. The minced pork over the rice and the steamed egg were perfect accompaniments. I ordered a milk tea to go and it was only okay. The boba was cooked too long as they were very soft. Softer than they should be. Otherwise, this was a solid choice to dine in the area.

Also we had two orders for Thom Yum soup (one with shrimp and one with chicken). The soup was very good.
