She informed me the property I was asking about had just found a tenant, but asked what property features mattered to us so she could look around. The features that were important to us are pretty difficult to find in any rental property - allows large pets, and has private outdoor space - but she said she would see what she could find and give me a call back. Christine was very considerate and easy to communicate with, even over the phone (which I'm not great at). She went out of her way to help us out: later that day she did call me back with her findings, which were as close to our specifications as we could hope for.
