She used last years return from fishpaw to know what to do with a form I had. My wife and I got up and left. At fishpaw they were asking us the questions we had to tell the other location. The fee was actually cheaper then the other place was going to charge us. We were even told if we have issues this year from the IRS to come back in and they would help us. I will continue to do my taxes here from now on. The advise and help you get, as well as the professionalism, is worth it. (FYI the other place has a block as a logo)

I have had Wavelinc for years and years now. I could not be happier. I live out in the sticks…read moreand if not for Wavelinc i would have garbage internet. Yes it is a bit pricey but the service is reliable and if there is an outage it is usually only a hour or two and we are back up. While i am not a fan of the automatic billing i can say i have never been charged more then expected. All in all I am completely satisfied with Wavelinc.

Service is in and out and lags badly if your neighbors have the same internet. Over charges for his extremely slow speeds and poor service! I confronted him about illegal charges to my credit card and his communications skills are lacking as he always screws over people and while I was not home he came out and disconnect the internet from my house. His right to refuse service but since he canceled my service cause he was stealing money from my credit card he owes me for the installation which I paid and the month in advance that was paid. Many in the area refer to Kurt the owner as Slick as he screws over everyone he deals with. Such a shame since he grew up in the Area. When I questioned him about illegal charges his reply was I am disconnecting your service.
