We have a shed attached to our townhome and the doors were put on incorrectly. Tripp came out here and looked at it and agreed . However Logan Warranty Department refused to accept responsibility. In May of 2025 water leaked into our Lanai through the outside soffit. We emailed the warranty dept and within 1 minute of sending the email they said not their problem. Why bother giving a home you build a 10 year structural warranty when you won't even come out and look. They are the WORST builders I do not recommend them at all.
