Regardless of how many questions and concerns I raised, they at no time made me feel silly for asking. (I had recently purchased the house). It was installed twelve years ago, so a newer model was probably needed, but I had no idea what that should be. I didn't know how adjust it to get the degrees of arc I required. Sure, I did a hitch in the USN. But though the Navy said they'd teach me everything I'd ever need to know, they never mention sprinkler heads in boot camp and "A" school. Fortunately the Lautner Lady found the product I needed, and patiently explained how to get it to do what was needed. I just installed and tested it; it works fine. My wife no longer thinks I'm completely useless.
