From the initial request for a bid (Matt showed up quickly, provided a bid and answered any questions about products). Excellent communication about the proposal and started much sooner than I thought they could. A full detached garage torn off and replaced in less than one day - Paul communicated before and during the process, showing up with his fantastic work crew who were non-stop until the job was done. Next up was the house - wow it was a worse mess than we anticipated - but no problem for Paul and crew. They had to make some major repairs, but just rolled with it and got it done in 1 day. The workers were there until nearly dark making sure the entire property was impeccably clean (I literally can't find one nail left behind!). He acknowledged that we did, then said that "something come up", and that he met to call me. I then ask why he didn't. James Farris had no answer, but then attempted to commit to another time.
