So with that out of the way, these oils have seriously changed my life! As a diagnosed insomniac I don't tend to get a lot of sleep at night, Healing Hollow's Rest Assured remedy blend doesn't solve the problem but it sure does give me a better chance of a sleep filled night once I dab the oil on the smalls of my feet and across my shoulders!
