They helped choose the 1st frames that would work for the prescription, then turned around and told me that I'd chosen the wrong kind. Redid the lenses in another set of frames - still have focus issues as the new frames keep shifting in their fit. Repeated visits without a satisfactory conclusion. Got the cold shoulder from staff and in the end just plain gave up dealing with them.

After having had my eyes checked I decided that I would get them to get my lenses updated in my prescription glasses because their prices where very competitive. The lady technician (Madelaine Kimmerly) doing the sizing and completing the specs on the glasses was very thorough and when my glasses arrived I was properly fitted and gave them a try. It turned out that the peripheral vision on these lenses was not what I expected and so I took them back and explained my concerns to Madelaine. She did more checks and ensured that she understood my concerns thoroughly. Then she said that she would send them back and get them right. Which she did. The glasses came back (at no cost to me) and they were absolutely perfect!! I was very impressed with Madelaine and her determination to make sure that the glasses were perfect for me, it is something that you don't expect but are very thankful for when you run into people that care about ensuring you are completely satisfied with the product they are providing. I was very impressed!! And would recommend them to anyone/everyone!!!

mark barker is a great man to visist, he's very patient and has no problem helping you find what…read moreyou are looking for. the majority of his staff are well organized and very friendly. the only problem i ever have going in there is that there is one older front desk woman who is always very rude and inconsiderate to others, she has no problem sending you out the door upset and frustrated, she will never return a call if you ask her too, and is highly untolerable to even the kindest of souls. i would recomend mark barker, but for her lack of customer service i would highly recommend that you are prepared for an unkind person.
