I have been seeing Psychiatrists. A therapist for years. One place to another. I felt like a lab…read morerat with all the medications they were testing on me nothing seemed to help. All I would do is isolate myself in my room couldn't eat couldn't sleep. I felt hopeless and more hopeless every day. It was a task just to get out of bed and do the simplest tasks. Going to the store was like a nightmare I would be in and out as very fast as I can. After friends reading my posts on social media. A good friend I haven't heard from in many years Sympathized with me told me about happy minds I was skeptical at 1st but we suffered from some of the same disfunction. The initial visit I poured my heart out and Dr Chissity would just listen he was taking notes. He was very professional and really seems to sincerely care. After a few visits I have been a patient for a few years. Like I said after being to sooo many mental facilities hands down dr. Chastity is hands down THE BEST. anyone out there needing mental help all I can say is take the leap. Ain't nothing to it but to do it Sincerly, Samson Martinez .

I've experienced both of these components separately at different times in my life and am finding Ric's unique blend of the two modalities produces results superior to either one alone. On the life coaching side, I have found Ric to be well equipped with tools and techniques that have helped me explore and develop valuable habits related to time management/planning and goal-directed thinking. And when I have inevitably hit roadblocks along the way Ric has masterfully facilitated grounded 'counseling-type' processes that have co-created with me the space for me to look at, and in many cases move through, the blocks that were halting my progress. If you're like me and looking to create breakthroughs in your life and step more fully into your greatness, I fully recommend you consider working with an experienced, passionate and compassionate coach like Ric to help you get there.

If I could rate less than this, I would. I made an appt with the Dr's assistant and was told "they…read morewere trying to fill appts at their DTC office". The appt was made for Friday at 1:00 pm which entailed me having to work from home that day to make the time. My mate also had to take time during work to attend. We both showed up at the DTC office only to discover the Dr was not there and her name is not even on any signage in the office. We called the Dr and she indicated she only worked in that office on Mondays. She apologized and attempted to to schedule another appt with us for Monday (today). After struggling to get the appt confirmed with the Dr, we came back. After taking 1.5 hours off of work, again, we showed up at the office to find a locked door and lights off. I called Deena her assistant while my bf called the Dr's phone. I reached Deena and asked where the Dr was as we had an appt. Deena was extremely rude and when I expressed my angst with the fact we were now on visit two and no Dr, we were very upset. Deena was very defensive and began to argue with me that she never made the first appt on Friday (she did), that she never told me it was at the office I went too (she did). I don't just pull information out of the air, how would I know otherwise? I take great offense when people waste my time and argue with a major attitude. My bf could hear her talking down to me over the phone. When Deena mentioned the Dr was "10 min away" for an appt scheduled at 5:00 and was already 15 min late, we decided to not continue waiting. If this is how she manages her business as a doctor, no thanks. We should bill her for our time. If you need a good therapist, don't waste your time with Dr. McGee. You truly will be wasting your time.

Synopsis:…read more Unorganized, unprofessional, not accountable. Proceed at your own risk. Terrible experience at a terrible time. My girlfriend and I were in dire need of counseling, as most people who seek counseling are. Deena, Dr. McGee's assistant, scheduled us for an appointment and indicated to my GF at which of her two offices we were supposed to meet her. When the scheduled time arrived Dr. McGee was nowhere to be found. After attempting to track her down at the two numbers provided, she finally returned my call, asked me if we'd like to wait and still meet even though she was a good 20 minutes or more away and we were already 15 minutes past the appointment time. We declined. On speaker phone, Dr. McGee apologized and we set up a time for the following week at the same office. Fast forward to the next appointment. We were on time. Dr. McGee's office was dark and locked. Once again I reached out to the doctor. I left her a voice mail. Meanwhile my GF called Deena, her "assistant". She indicated to Deena that she had pointed us to the wrong office for the original appointment. Deena was so loud and rude and defensive in responding that I could hear her clearly, and the phone WASN'T on speaker. She claimed she had NOT sent us to the wrong location the first time and that she had nothing to do with the second appointment. My GF calmly asked Deena to calm down and speak to her as a professional and a patient. At no time did my GF raise her voice or say anything negative or aggressive. I'd like to note here that there is no way we could have accidentally gone to the wrong appointment the first time because we didn't know where either location was. We simply followed directions. It appeared when I spoke with the doctor in person she had failed to write down the appointment. She was in the other office, during rush hour at the time our second appointment was supposed to begin. Deena appallingly informed us she the doctor could be at our location in 10 minutes from a location very close to from where we had just come and it had taken 30 minutes. We declined to wait, and at that point decided maybe we hadn't picked an operation that was very together and informed Deena we'd terminate the relationship with Dr. McGee at that point. We are both working professionals and had cumulatively wasted over 4 hours of personal time, not to mention the delay in therapy which we both wanted and the time taken to fill out the intake paperwork.
