When you walk into any store, they way you're treated as a customer is very important to me. Paul is so kind, knowledgeable, and very personable. The store has one-of-a-kind finds. Including up-cycled items and there is a lot to choose from. The store is kept clean, tidy and organized. The store is also very well decorated which helps to give you ideas when decorating your own home or pulling together a gift for someone. Every time I go in the store there is something different, fun, and new to choose from. Everywhere from 'primitive' looking to modern, and artsy. Everything I've purchased from this store has a very special place in my heart. Their hand poured candles are also very nice! I LOVE the Victorian Pines scented candle for wintertime. I highly recommend visiting this store if you haven't! You will want to visit often, I promise.

My son said my candle smelled really "zen." That's a high compliment from a teen boy. If you are anywhere in Mason City's vicinity, this shop is worth a stop. I don't burn candles in my house because of what it can do to my wall, so I just use electric warmers. But, they have many options to use in place of them. I bought several warming tarts and a new twist room fragrance item. I just opened that...testing it out. The employees were very friendly. Even though I didn't care to hear their conversation about the pop machines in the mall, they were there when/if anyone needed help. In fact, they helped me get a discount I didn't originally qualify for. I bought an item that would have been $5 if I bought so much, but I didn't have enough. Right after I checked out, I saw something in the corner for a friend's Christmas present. An assistant manager and employee took the time to return all my items and ring them up again with the new so I could get it. Very nice. I also signed up for the email coupons while I was there. I don't know if I'll be back often as I live an hour away, but if I'm there, I will stop. So happy to find one relatively near, though!

This is a great store. They always have my favorite candle which is fresh rose. They have changed…read morethe name of it over the years. Used to be just Rose, then True Rose and now Fresh cut Roses. Doesn't matter what they call it. Still smells like roses. Got Two of them, one for the living room and one for the dining room. They fill my home with the smell of roses and to me that is very relaxing. Walmart has Yankee Candles at about half the price but don't have the Rose candle.
